The Block stars Gavin Atkins and Warren Sonin have suffered a huge blow after selling a Sydney apartment they bought in 2017.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom investment property, located in the sought-after inner-city suburb of Potts Point, was purchased for $890,000.
But the fan favorites, affectionately known as Gav and Waz, suffered a disappointment in October when the well-equipped pad sold for $900,000, netting just $10,000 in profit.
According to The Daily Telegraphthe couple, who rose to fame as the first gay couple on The Block, rented out the resort-style condo for $660 a week.
The flat is located on the 18th floor of the famous Zenith building, known for the Coco-Cola sign, and offers stunning views of Sydney Harbour.

Gav and Waz recently celebrated a property win at a Queensland estate on the Sunshine Coast.
The house, located near Noosa, was bought for $2.7 million in 2016 and recently sold for $10 million, The Daily Telegraph reports.
The beautiful trail overlooks Cooroy Mountain and is surrounded by rainforest. It features two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate studio.
Since appearing on The Block, the TV favorites have gone on to run their own interior design company, Designer Boys.
