The full-time renovators, both 35, are hoping to get between $3.9 and $4.39 million for the stunning five-bedroom, two-bathroom property, located in Toowoon Bay, rural NSW.
The fully renovated property features a spacious living room and rumpus room, a stylishly designed kitchen and dining room, and an outdoor terrace for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Also included is an outdoor BBQ area, children's play area and approved plans for an in-ground swimming pool.
The beautiful semi-rural location is just over an hour's drive from Sydney, making it perfect for those looking for a tree changing experience without sacrificing the convenience of close proximity to the city.

The rooms are all distinctively designed, including the master bathroom with a harmonious mix of neutral palettes that complement a striking antique vanity.
Other features include warm oak floors, high cathedral ceilings and luxurious finishes.
Every detail of the beautiful property reflects the passion and expertise of Kyal and Kara, who documented the entire renovation process of the house on social media.

Kyal and Kara have worked steadily as home renovators since appearing on The Block in 2014, completely renovating nearly 40 homes.
They live with their two children in a beautiful property in Bateau Bay called the Blue Lagoon House, just 3 km from Toowoon Bay.
Kyal and Kara – who share two young children, son Ziya and daughter Vada – bought the house several years ago and have worked hard and completely renovated it.
After coming third on the Channel Nine reality show, the couple – who have been married for almost a decade – have continued to 'house flip' and occasionally appear on TV.
