The Block: No room is safe as Dan and Dani brutally slam Kylie and Brad’s winning kitchen

Kylie and Brad may have won a victory with their sleek, all-black kitchen, but now it’s Dan and Dani’s turn to write their rave reviews. And they certainly didn’t hold back.

The duo were as candid as ever during Sunday night’s episode, with some rooms receiving praise, others raising eyebrows and a few missing the mark entirely.

“I don’t like this kitchen,” Dani said without hesitation, referring to the design in House 3.

‘The plants are dying, I don’t think it’s done well… it’s just not for me’.

All eyes were on Kylie and Brad’s reaction to the winning kitchen.

After a season of harsh criticism, the duo no longer kept their controversial opinions to themselves.

In House 5, Dan was quick to point out a glaring design flaw that had been overlooked by the judges.

“I can’t even…” he remarked, clearly unimpressed and showing how impractical the space was.

When it came time to select the week’s “champions” and “suckers,” it was clear that the duo were far from seeing eye to eye, adding to the tension in their fiery reviews.

Fans are threatening to tune out en masse as they criticize the 20th anniversary season for focusing too much on drama and not enough on renovation.

Last week, viewers took to Reddit en masse to report scenes that left them “anxious and angry,” with particular concerns for newcomers Maddy and Charlotte.

Supporters of the Sydney sisters were furious that the couple were ‘set up for failure’ after they were thrown in at the deep end in week five and faced their fiery builder.

“The last few episodes have left me feeling anxious and angry. Not exactly what you want from a show that just brags,” one person wrote in a lengthy post.

‘There is a certain kind of man who, when he deals with young women, especially beautiful young women, immediately tries to outdo them, tries to dominate them, no matter how low the stakes.

‘They’re just trying to work against you in every way possible, why? To punish you for being a young woman?

‘Since Maddy and Charlotte have been here, I can feel the tension building in my shoulders when I watch this show. I realise how they are being treated.’

The Redditor went on to say that it felt like Maddy, 24, and Charlotte, 22, were getting little support from the show. The sisters were recently left in tears when their builder Zak turned on them and left the show.
