Celebrity buyer Adrian Portelli, who rose to fame on The Block, has announced that he will “give away” his $2.3 million two-story Queensland mansion as a raffle prize next month.

The duo, known as New World Sound, built the spectacular four-bedroom Mediterranean-style beachfront home in Sanctuary Cove in 2020.

According to the publication, Portelli’s lottery -which is promoted through his company LMCT+- will be drawn on March 19.

The headlining car enthusiast and businessman says he’s prepared to shell out $1.8 million if the lucky winner prefers cash instead of the mansion.

Completed in 2021, the sprawling deck boasts stunning water views and gorgeous stone and wood finishes.

Called Asylo, the Greek word for sanctuary, other highlights include a 20-foot palm centerpiece built into the main structure and a sprawling pool area.

There is also a glass faced wine cellar and a double garage with golf cart parking.

Portelli made headlines last year at The Block after helping raise the price of Omar and Oz’s reindeer when he went head-to-head with one of the show’s regular bidders, Danny Wallis.

He later spent $4.25 million on the home of Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra in a private post-auction sale.

Portelli, whose LMCT+ club has doled out $15 million in prize money last year, including cars, bikes, boats and houses, told Daily Mail Australia in November that he was worth a “conservative” $500 million.

His incredible rags to riches story began when he dropped out of college to work in his father’s truck repair business.

He then moved to Los Angeles to launch a celebrity limousine service, but had trouble paying the rent.

Portelli posted an ad online for a roommate and ended up finding someone who helped him develop several successful apps, which he later sold.
