Filming yourself and others for social media videos is what annoys employees the most.
“These are the colleagues who film their latest dance challenge or lip-sync battle in the middle of the office at every opportunity,” a Digital ID spokesperson told FEMAIL.
'While it adds a bit of fun and liveliness to the work environment, it can also be a distraction for those trying to focus on their tasks.'

Next on the list of annoyances is vaping.
The smell of e-cigarettes is another thing that irritates workers, as people complain about the sickly smell of fumes.
Finally, bragging about your workout routine is next on the list, especially “cold water swimmers.”
This is a group who start their day with an icy dip in the local lake or sea and don't shy away from sharing their experiences in detail.
While it's certainly an impressive and healthy habit, the constant talk about cold water swimming can become a bit too much for some.
It often creates an unintentional divide between health enthusiasts and those who prefer their morning routine to be more moderate.
Finally, the 'Always-On' Generation Z causes annoyance among older employees,
This group, under the age of 25, is known for its constant digital connectivity, juggling between work tasks, social media and messaging.
While this means they are highly responsive, it also blurs the boundaries between work and home life, which sometimes comes across as a lack of focus for those who value uninterrupted work.

From pen thieves to team building activities and even colleagues who are overly cheerful in the morning, employees across all industries reveal what keeps them busy in the workplace.
There were many classic responses, including meetings that could have been an email, coworkers heating up fish in the microwave, and receiving work-related texts on days off.
Others said condescending coworkers, superiors who favor some team members over others and people who click their pens or tap their toes all day are also enraged.
'Tell us what makes you so crazy about your work. We go first… When they called a meeting on Friday after 4 p.m.,' a after to read Boost Juice's Facebook page.
The post attracted hundreds of comments, starting with people breaking office etiquette.
“Penny thieves or not putting things back where they belong!” said one woman, and another added, “No one is replacing the toilet paper.”
“People who don't clean up after themselves in the cafeteria,” wrote a third, while a fourth said, “People who eat tuna in the lunchroom.”
“When someone repeatedly clicks their pen or taps really hard on their desk, but they don't realize how annoying it is because they're wearing headphones,” a fifth explained.
“Touching my sandwich while it's in the sandwich press or opening the microwave to see if my food is done,” someone grumbled.
Boasting about exercise, especially cold water swimming, is another problem
One person said he hates it when someone can't “talk and work at the same time,” and another was angry at colleagues who refuse to “admit their own mistakes.”
“When they text in our group chats on the weekends when I'm trying to enjoy my time away from work,” one user commented.
“When you're supposed to be working as a team but you end up doing all the work yourself,” replied a second.
“When you have to follow up multiple times to get an answer,” a third complained.
Frequently arranged meetings that could have been emails are annoying, as are meetings held during breaks.
“If the meeting organizer starts wrapping up the meeting right at the scheduled end time and that ONE person has to ask a question, causing the meeting to take another 15 minutes,” one man added.
Another employee said it infuriates them “when someone messages me 'hello' and then waits for me to say hello back before asking me their question.”
“When a coworker treats me like I'm beneath him or her because I'm younger than his or her superiority complex,” one woman said.
Someone wasn't a fan of 'old-fashioned' team building activities, especially when they have to be done outside of work hours.
“Asking staff to participate in 'fun' team building activities on their own time, while not asking them to do so during the busiest working hours,” they noted.
One person said he is not a morning person and hated colleagues who are.
“When at six in the morning they are all so cheerful and happy and want to say 'good morning' to you,” they groaned.
