The Biggest Loser’s Michelle Bridges drops the price of a luxury home in the Southern Highlands by $3 million after failing to find a buyer
Michelle Bridges has lowered the price of her lavish five-bedroom home in Southern Highlands, NSW, which was originally listed on the market for $6.5 million.
The fitness guru has failed to find a buyer for the Kangaloon residence and has now slashed the price by a whopping $3 million.
The Biggest Loser trainer, 52, listed the property, dubbed Summerside, for $7 million earlier this year, but it failed to attract buyers, so the price was lowered.
Despite several recent bids for the property, they were not accepted as the highest bid was only $4.82 million – well below the reserve price.
The real estate company Agency had previously relisted the property with a target price of $5 million, and it is now listed between $4.15 million and $4.4 million.

Bridges bought the home for $2.7 million in 2017 and it’s unclear why she’s selling it.
The beautifully designed farmhouse is built high on a hill and has large windows with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
Surrounded by landscaped gardens designed by Bridges, highlights of the sprawling estate include a tennis court and inground pool.
There is also a separate guest house complete with a loft bedroom and modern bathroom.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Other features include an outdoor dining area and entertainment pavilion.
It comes after Bridges discussed life as a single mother to son Axel, six, following her divorce from partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis in January 2020.
‘I feel very blessed. It’s so trite, but I feel like every day is Mother’s Day for me,” she said Now to love for Mother’s Day last year.
“I wake up to my son every day and he tells me he loves me every day. He hugs me, kisses me and calls me mommy… I am all his and he is mine.”
In 2020, Bridges pre-sold its Potts Point unit $6.4 million, after purchase for $2.9 million in 2013.
