“A cleaning tool that’s only $1 yes please,” Kacie said on TikTok.

“I find these in the Bunnings painters hall, not where you’d expect to find good cleaning tools, but there’s a lot of useful stuff in there.”

The plastic scraper is designed to apply soft putty to the cracks and holes in the walls; however, it has become popular with cleaners for cleaning stubborn dirt without damaging surfaces.

“These are really good for cleaning up sticky bits on the floor, especially if you have floorboards because they don’t scratch,” the cleaner explained.

The cheap buy comes in five different sizes and ranges from $1.10 to $2.30.

Kacie said she also likes to buy metal scrapers, which cost about $3, to remove dirt from her oven.
