Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards 2022 have been ranking Australia’s retailers for a decade – with shoppers voting for their favorite coffee shop, clothing store, hardware store and more.
Popular companies among the recently announced winners include Myer, Costco, Bunnings Warehouse, Dan Murphy’s and The Reject Shop.
The bulk of the awards were scooped up by returning winners and brands that returned to the winner’s circle after some time out of the spotlight, such as Muffin Break (best coffee shop) and Chemist Warehouse (best pharmacy) after taking first place in 2020 came.
The winners of Roy Morgan’s customer satisfaction awards are determined by an annual survey of more than 60,000 Australians on their shopping experiences over the past 12 months.
