How to start your ‘The Beckoning Woman’ side adventure

Outskirt Stable is located in the center of Hyrule Field, near the Tsutsu-um Shrine. You will see Penn talking to a man named Nell along the road just south of the stable.
Nell explains that he met a mysterious (and apparently swift-footed) woman along the road south at the crossroads.
How to complete the side adventure ‘The Beckoning Woman’
The woman will be exactly where Nell said she was, just south of the stable at a crossroads. The woman, Ralera, asks for help in rescuing her “poor regal friend.” And then she runs away. Three times.
