Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins has sold his lavish Gold Coast pad for an impressive price tag.

The Bachelor star first put the sprawling four-bedroom resort-style property on the market in October, and it has now sold at auction for $2.61 million.

Nick, 35, bought the three-bedroom property in Broadbeach Waters in 2019 for just $775.00, with the sale marking a huge price increase for him of $1.8 million.

During his ownership, he demolished the old house to build an astonishing ultra-modern two-storey flat in a modern renovation project that skyrocketed the value of his home.

In a surprising move, Nick and his partner Alexandra George decided to resettle in the Gold Coast Hinterland in 2021.

“I have decided to live the country life and therefore I will unfortunately have to let go of this beautiful home,” Nick said of the home’s sale.

He debuted his romance with Alexandra on Instagram in January 2021 and they welcomed their first child in October 2022.

It marks the former rugby union star’s first serious relationship since he caused a stir by not picking a winner in the final of The Bachelor in 2018.

He famously left finalists Brittany Hockley and Sophie Tieman heartbroken after dumping them both at the final because he hadn’t fallen in love.
