Lawyer Matty J Johnson has showcased his impressive physique, and incredible commitment to fitness, in a new video.
The 35-year-old newlywed stripped to his boxers and showed off his tattooed body as he climbed into a plastic box filled with ice.

He then shared a second unimpressed snapshot in the makeshift bathtub.
“Just stay there, there’s a lot of nerves in your hands and feet,” breathing expert Deano explains off-camera before telling Matt to get in up to his neck.
Ice baths and training have become increasingly popular in recent years thanks to the celebrity-beloved Wim Hof Method, which is a form of meditative therapy.
Popularized by ‘Iceman’ Wim Hof, it consists of three components: deep breathing, exposure to cold water, and a focused mindset.

Wim says that the first step, breathing, is “like a broom that cleans the biochemistry of the body.”
Breathing “activates adrenal access to the brain, reduces inflammation, alkalizes the blood and regulates the body.”
It comes after the 35-year-old, who recently married long-time partner Laura Byrne, showed off his muscular body while swimming at Sydney’s famed Bondi Icebergs ocean pool last month.
Matty previously spoke about his healthy habits and what he does to maintain his Adonis-like physique.
‘I always loved my cardio. I usually try to do at least one run and one cycle each week, as well as a few weight sessions,” she said. Body+Soul in 2020.
‘I don’t really have a strict plan; it’s more about doing what I enjoy…except leg weights. I need to force myself to do it and grow my chicken pins.

Matty is no stranger to showing off his Adonis physique.
The couple exchanged vows at Cupitt’s Estate near Mollymook on the south coast of New South Wales in front of friends and family.
Proudly showing their love in front of their guests, the couple embraced and enjoyed a passionate kiss after saying ‘I do’.
Matty referenced his time on The Bachelor during his wedding speech, joking that he had to “work his way through 24 other women” before he got to Laura.
He first rose to fame on Georgia Love’s 2016 season of The Bachelorette, before becoming The Bachelor himself a year later and meeting Laura.
