He is the Melbourne-based musician who will be making his reality TV debut on the new season of Channel 10’s The Bachelors.

And on Wednesday night, Jed McIntosh looked every inch the rock star when he was spotted enjoying a night out in Sydney with friends.

The 25-year-old drummer looked effortlessly chic in a head-to-toe leather look that included a skinny jacket and pants.

Jed completed his look with a pair of black Dr. Martens Boots and a silver chain.

McIntosh was seen leaving trendy Bar Totti’s in Sydney’s CBD before meeting up with fellow musician Keenan Te and his manager Cam Noble.

The couple then stopped for dessert to buy gelato ice cream at Gelato Messina in Bondi.

Jed is one of three male suitors to appear on The Bachelors, joining leads Felix Von Hofe and Thomas Malucelli.

It comes after Australia’s new singles were warned not to use social media for self-promotion ahead of the upcoming season.

Channel 10 executives were reportedly alarmed when Jed and Thomas promoted projects unrelated to the show on Instagram.

Jed appeared in good spirits as he bounced between several different bars with his manager.

The couple then stopped for dessert to buy gelato ice cream at Gelato Messina in Bondi.

The network was forced to have a ‘stern talk’ with both men and their co-star Felix Von Hofe, telling them that this type of behavior makes the show look cheap.

The three men were told in no uncertain terms not to promote their companies.

“When the leads have so many projects ready to launch and promote before the show, it kind of ruins the integrity and the illusion that these people are looking for love,” a source claimed.

“They have been told to hold off on their side projects until after the show has aired.”

In October, Channel 10 warned all cast members of The Bachelors to stay away from the “embarrassing” stars of Married At First Sight.

“The cast, including the leads, have been emailed to stay away from the MAFS stars,” a source told Daily Mail Australia.

‘He said they were embarrassing, and if we wanted our [Instagram] blue ticks and a $5,000 bonus, we had to stay away from any events or other reality stars.
