Melbourne-based rocker Jed McIntosh suffered a brutal rejection within minutes of the episode when he was knocked down by the stunning blonde psychology student, Caitlin Perry.
“I’d love for you to accept this rose,” Jed told her. I think you are perfect.
But things didn’t go as planned and he was disappointed in no uncertain terms.
“Unfortunately, I’m not going to accept this rose,” Caitlin, 25, told him.
Jed was left in shock, saying in an on-camera piece that rejection is like a “kick in the stomach.”
“I wish the best for you and I hope you meet someone,” he told the drummer.
“I would love to remain friends and stay in touch.”
Seeming surprised by the slight, Jed replied, ‘Yeah, good. Well, it was nice meeting you. Health.’

Season 10 opens with leads Felix, Jed, and Thomas on a blind date with each of their participants before inviting them to live in Bachelor’s mansion with a rose.
The contestants can then say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to accept the bachelor’s rose.

The revamped series promises to be filled with drama, betrayal, and, of course, romance, with two suitors getting down on one knee and proposing to their chosen girls.
