Called ‘La Joie De Vivre,’ meaning ‘the joy of living,’ Bachelor fans will recognize the signature pad from the 2013 inaugural season.

That season featured suitor Tim Robards, who cast Anna Heinrich in the finale.

The mansion was once the home of Clive Thomas, who renovated the house after buying it in 2016 for $7.05 million.
