Poor ratings aren't the only disaster plaguing the new season of Channel 10 series The Bachelor.
The beleaguered show is now being mocked online as its contestants dress in some very questionable outfits.
After Monday night's episode, the show's official Instagram page uploaded several photo galleries showing each contestant dressed up for the rose ceremony.
Online critics couldn't help but gush over the outfits, many of which were unflattering, gaudy and unfashionable.
'Who dresses these girls? They all look so mismatched,” one user commented.

“I don't like any of the styles so far,” someone else complained, prompting another user to reply, “Me neither. They all look a bit tacky. Sophistication goes a long way, but none of these girls look like that in those outfits!'
Critics received similar feedback after The Bachelors Instagram page uploaded an official group photo of the contestants and suitors.
The photo showed the women dressed to the nines in ballroom dresses as they posed alongside bachelorettes Luke Bateman, Wesley Senna Cortes and Ben Waddel.

Fans of the show didn't hold back when it came to criticizing the women's outfits
“Some of these girls are stitched up with the dresses,” one user wrote.
“It's a prom from the 2000s,” another scoffed, while someone else commented: “This looks like an 80s flashback.”
Other users noticed how sullen many of the women in the photo looked, with one writing: “Some of them don't even look that happy to be there.”

Some users claimed the dresses looked extremely dated, while one described the styling as 'terrible'
“Everyone looks miserable,” another follower commented.
It comes after The Bachelors suffered disappointing ratings following its premiere on Sunday night.
The eleventh season of The Bachelors premiered to just 224,000 Metro viewers – the lowest premiere audience in franchise history.

The dating show, starring three suitors instead of one, was one of the least watched programs of the evening.
For comparison, 60 Minutes had 485,000 viewers, while David Attenborough's Planet Earth III attracted 336,000 visitors.
That result represents a steep 27 percent drop from the last Bachelor finale, which aired in January.

The season 10 finale starring Jed McIntosh, Felix Von Hofe and Thomas Malucelli had an audience of just 358,000 viewers in five cities.
