And the former Bachelor star has revealed that her unborn baby has been diagnosed with a single umbilical artery.
A solitary umbilical artery (SUA) is a malformation of the umbilical cord in which only one artery develops instead of two, and may be associated with birth defects.
The 32-year-old wrote on Instagram, alongside a video discussing the condition: 'This is something I thought I wouldn't share, but I've had a lot of questions about the due date and I purposely didn't share that for a reason.
'So early in the pregnancy, our baby was diagnosed with a single artery umbilical cord, which is more common than I thought. In fact, 1 in 100 pregnancies has a single artery cord. The main concern is that the baby is small to develop.”

She continued, “So our baby and my bump are smaller than expected for how far along I am, and I didn't want to be compared to other women in the same pregnancy as me.
'Being pregnant is not easy, we compare our belly, our pregnancy, our baby and our experience with the people around us.
“I just wanted to make it clear that it's okay if your experience is different from that of your friends, colleagues, family members, people in the media, or anyone else. It's your experience and it's special…it's a miracle.'
It comes after Irena shared with her followers that her morning sickness still didn't subside and continued into her second trimester.

During a Q+A on Instagram Stories, the former reality star revealed that the nausea and vomiting persisted.
Sharing a video taken during her first trimester, Irina said she “hoped” the condition would subside, but it didn't.
In the clip, Irena said she felt 'bad' and admitted her pregnancy had been 'sh*t' so far, but the disease had been 'brutal'.
“I was so hopeful that the nausea and vomiting has now gotten worse even in the second trimester,” she wrote.
'The girls at work were so good, Locky was great (he holds my hair) and (my) poor (dog) Odin sits at my feet when I throw up.

'Nothing seemed to work. I have tried everything, including prescription medications, but without improvement,” Irena continued.
'The only thing that helps is being on a drip. I was initially losing weight but have now started gaining weight, I am now fighting the nausea a lot better.
“If you have any tips, send them my way!” she concluded.
