The Apprentice sees business hopefuls battle for Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment as they take part in a series of challenges.
And each new week, candidates are awakened from their slumber at dawn and given just 20 minutes to prepare.
But after fans called the short amount of time to be camera-ready “impossible”, the candidate fired last week, Victoria Goulbourne, took to her Instagram to prove them wrong.
Without makeup and in a robe, she held her phone up to the camera showing the time and said, ‘I’m going to show you how I can be ready in 20 minutes like in The Apprentice.’
As she lathered her face in makeup, she laughed: “I feel under pressure now doing it on camera.”

Wrapping her long blonde locks in curlers, she then went on to add mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick to accentuate her features.
As the video sped up, she changed into a fancy pink dress with a black belt and quickly applied a fake tan to her legs.
Picking up on her heels, she finished her barnet before adding a quick spray of perfume and deodorant.
Once she was done, she looked at her phone only to realize with complete shock that she was ready to rock ahead of schedule.
Telling the camera: ‘All the trolls who said I can’t get ready in 20 minutes, I did it with three minutes to spare!’
She captioned the clip: “Haters gonna say it’s fake.”
It comes after finalist Rochelle Anthony said the BBC “dirty” her after she posed for promotional photos for the 2023 final.

We may be competing right now, but the truth is, I’m in awe of Rochelle. I look at all that she has accomplished as a mother, a business owner, and most importantly, as a woman, and I can’t help but admire her.
“We haven’t always seen eye to eye and you’ve seen us fight multiple times on the show, but that’s just a testament to our fire. We both know what we want and are willing to fight for it. You can’t hate us for that!
‘Of all the candidates, I see the greatest part of me in Rochelle – the graft, the urgency and the willingness to do whatever it takes – and I can’t wait to share this arena with her tomorrow!
‘We started this journey together, let’s finish it together. My First Day: Let’s Do It! ❤️’
Rochelle liked the post, but said she hated airbrushed photos: ‘These photos got us dirty too lol. I’ll upload my cam xx’
Also below a second photo, Rochelle said of her BBC promo image: “The BBC one made it look like a whole new outfit.”
Last year’s runner-up Stephanie Affleck responded: “Dude what you do with your pictures is absolutely f*cked up, it made me look like a super babysitter!”

Rochelle owns The Dollshouse Salon in Milton Keynes and is looking to expand with the investment.
He recently explained that he’s looking for a business partner and not a ‘sugar daddy’, but admitted that the 75-year-old business mogul’s ‘good aura’ might make some women fall for him.
Rochelle told The Sun: ‘Lord Sugar is the same age as my father and actually reminds me of him a bit, so I saw him as a father figure.
‘Some women may be attracted to him because he has a good aura around him. He’s a good-looking man for his age, but he’s not my type.

TV personality Rochelle launched Blow & Glow Ltd in March 2019 but was placed under mandatory cancellation just over a year later in 2020, meaning Companies House has likely applied for the removal of the registration company.
Blow & Glow was officially canceled the following January, disbanding the same month.
