The Apprentice star Rochelle Anthony accuses BBC of ‘doing her dirty’ in finale snaps

The Apprentice star Rochelle Anthony has said the BBC “dirty” her after she posed for promotional photos for the 2023 finale.

The glamorous 35-year-old, who calls herself “the Kim Kardashian of the business world”, will go head-to-head over Lord Alan Sugar’s investment with fellow finalist Marnie Swindells on Thursday night.

Marnie shared the professional snaps on her Instagram and captioned the post: “Just two women fighting for a better life.”

We may be competing right now, but the truth is, I’m in awe of Rochelle. I look at all that she has accomplished as a mother, a business owner, and most importantly, as a woman, and I can’t help but admire her.

“We haven’t always seen eye to eye and you’ve seen us fight multiple times on the show, but that’s just a testament to our fire. We both know what we want and are willing to fight for it. You can’t hate us for that!

‘Of all the candidates, I see the greatest part of me in Rochelle – the graft, the urgency and the willingness to do whatever it takes – and I can’t wait to share this arena with her tomorrow!

‘We started this journey together, let’s finish it together. My First Day: Let’s Do It! ❤️’

Rochelle told The Sun: ‘Lord Sugar is the same age as my father and actually reminds me of him a bit, so I saw him as a father figure.

‘Some women may be attracted to him because he has a good aura around him. He’s a good-looking man for his age, but he’s not my type.

TV personality Rochelle launched Blow & Glow Ltd in March 2019 but was placed under mandatory cancellation just over a year later in 2020, meaning Companies House has likely applied for the removal of the registration company.

Blow & Glow was officially canceled the following January, disbanding the same month.

In October 2019, Rochelle registered Ultimate Weave Extensions Ltd with Companies House under the name The Invisi Weave Ltd.

He was notified of a mandatory strike in January 2021 before changing the company name, and was granted another strike in December last year, with the company closing this month if no action is taken.

Rochelle told MailOnline: ‘I have registered a number of company names in the past, which is not uncommon.

‘Business is sometimes trial and error to get to where you finally want to be and that’s where I am now; with a business that I am immensely proud to have created, The Dolls House Salon, and in which I strongly believe.’

It comes after The Dollshouse Salon emerged, owes £65,000 and only has £500 in assets, according to Companies House.

The sums are in stark contrast to the lavish lifestyle that Rochelle portrays for herself on social media.

He previously told MailOnline: ‘As many hair salon owners will tell you, the hairdressing industry has been hit hard by the pandemic.

‘I had to close my salon for almost a year. My salon has not fully recovered from the pandemic, and the new cost of living crisis presents another challenge.

‘Its no a secret! I’ve been very open and honest about this on my social media channels and it’s a big reason I requested The Apprentice.

‘I hope to show that my belief in my dream is strong and that it will not deter me from achieving my ambitions.
