Thank God You’re Here: Channel 10 announce cast lineup for return of beloved improv sketch comedy show
Channel 10 has announced a new cast for the highly anticipated return of comedy favorite Thank God You’re Here.
Host Celia Pacquola is joined by comedians Urzila Carlson, Aaron Chen, Julia Zemiro and Mark Bonanno.
Originally launched in 2006, the show was last seen on the Seven network way back in 2009.
The new cast is well known to viewers, including New Zealand native Urzila, who appeared as a panelist on The Masked Singer.
Meanwhile, prankster Aaron Chen is a regular on Have You Be Paying Attention?, while fan favorite Julia Zemiro is a veteran of the popular music game show Rockwiz.

Rounding out the cast is Mark Bonanno, who rose to fame as a member of the “surreal” comedy troupe Aunty Donna.
Hostess Celia, 40, is best known as a stand-up comedian and actor on hit shows like the ABC’s Utopia.
She has also appeared on Spicks and Specks, The Weekly with Charlie Pickering, Have You Been Paying Attention? and Hughesy, we have a problem.
She is also a popular stand-up comedian whose album All Talk was nominated for Best Comedy Release at the ARIA Music Awards 2020.

Thank God You’re Here premiered on Network Ten in 2006 and aired on the network for its first three seasons before moving to Channel Seven for its fourth season.
In each episode, the celebrity guests walk through a door and are greeted by the line “Thank God you’re here!” before improvising a scene.
The likes of Rebel Wilson, Hamish Blake, Merrick Watts, Fifi Box, Dave Hughes, Jimeoin, and Julia Morris all appeared on the series.
