A Texas high school student has been charged with capital murder in the death of a 16-year-old boy who ran away during an alleged drug deal gone bad.

Victoria Duron, 17, claims her boyfriend, who is a minor and has not been publicly identified, shot and killed Tyrone Fiamahn. The Houston Chronicle informed.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the motel in West Houston following a report of a possible death in one of the rooms around 8:00 pm on December 16.

When they arrived, they found Duron with multiple gunshot wounds to the head, neck, back, and arm.

Police believed he had been dead for several days, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

Duron told investigators that she knew Fiamahn as Knox and that he was her boyfriend’s drug supplier. She said that her boyfriend sold narcotics that he gave her.

Tyrone Fiamahn, 16, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the head, neck, back and arm.

Victoria Duron, 17, is the Cypress High School student now facing capital murder charges in the death of 16-year-old Tyrone Fiamahn.

Harris County sheriff’s deputies were summoned to the motel, located on Farm to Market Road in west Houston, after a report of a possible death in one of the rooms around 8:00 p.m. on December 16.

Duran said the couple had met with the victim multiple times before the fatal shooting, court records reveal.

On the night of her death, Duron claimed that Fiamahn accused her and her boyfriend of stealing drugs, which the couple denied.

She said her boyfriend shot Fiamahn multiple times, court records show.

Before fleeing, the pair rummaged through Fiamahn’s belongings, stealing $1,000 and taking THC vapes from his backpack and the victims’ phone and rifle.

Duron said the couple went to the house of her boyfriend’s uncle, where they both confessed to the murder.

She said the uncle helped the couple burn the clothes they were both wearing on the day of the shooting.

On December 16, surveillance video taken from the motel shows a man and a woman, wearing hooded jackets, being dropped off in a Ford F150 Lyft van.

The couple is seen knocking on the door, someone on the other side opens the door – the couple enters the same room Fiamahn was found inside, court records reveal.

Around 10:50 p.m., a man and a woman, with their heads bowed and their faces covered, leave the room.

Court documents indicate that “the man appeared to have something in his pants that was preventing him from moving in a normal manner,” the news outlet reported.

The couple is then seen leaving in a Lyft vehicle, a Kia Optima. Both the Lyft vehicles and the rides were traced to Duron’s father’s phone number.

According to court documents, phone records show Duron was near the motel at the time of the murder.

Duron gave a voluntary statement to police, which was made available in court documents Tuesday, but investigators said she told partial truths in those documents and lied multiple times in her statement.

It was not yet clear which of Duron’s statements were deemed false by authorities and how that was determined.

No further information was provided about Duron’s alleged boyfriend, according to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

Duron (pictured) is holding her cell phone and told investigators that she knew Fiamahn as Knox and that he was her boyfriend’s drug supplier. He said that his boyfriend sold narcotics that he gave her.

A GoFundMe has been set up by a Fiamahn relative to help with funeral expenses.

‘Tyrone was a very energetic person since he was a child. His smile would stretch from ear to ear and he would leave you no choice but to smile back and even laugh.

‘An intelligent, outgoing and courageous person; Tyrone never seemed to be bothered by his surroundings no matter his situation or condition, he always did the best he had,” he wrote.

‘He cared a lot about his family and friends. Unfortunately, his life was cut short in the most tragic way one can imagine.

“He had a bright future ahead of him with his family right behind. Unfortunately, we will not be able to see our brother, cousin or friend graduate from high school or achieve any of their goals in life,’ they said.

As of Wednesday, nearly $2,000 has been raised toward her goal of $20,000.
