A mother in Texas kicked in her son’s bedroom door and tragically found her two sons dead in an apparent murder-suicide.
An investigation is underway for the two brothers, ages 22 and 24, in Houston after they were found dead early Monday morning.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call just before 2 a.m., with paramedics arriving on scene and pronouncing both brothers dead from gunshot wounds, according to an HCSO news release.
The identities of the two men have yet to be released.
The mother had heard a “commotion” in one of her son’s bedrooms and kicked in the door before calling police, KHOU reported.
The 22-year-old allegedly shot his 24-year-old brother, who has autism, and then turned the gun on himself.
