The heartbroken mother of missing teen Siri Reddy discovered her daughter’s body at the bottom of a cliff after using a cell phone tracking app.

Now police are trying to figure out how the teenager ended up dead at the bottom of the cliff 20 kilometers from her school.

Reddy, 16, was found by her mother after she failed to show up for pick-up at Keystone School in San Antonio, Texas, on Thursday.

The police were called and began an investigation, while Reddy’s bereaved mother made her way to the location of her daughter’s cell phone.

Her mother found Reddy’s body at the bottom of a cliff in the area around Heroes Stadium and Thousand Oaks at a former quarry 12 miles from her campus.

William Handmaker, the principal of the school, described Miss Reddy as an ‘award-winning’ student who will be ‘deeply missed’.
