Man charged with kidnapping after ‘holding a woman at gunpoint for FOUR years’ in Houston trailer with bars on the windows and a padlock so strong bolt cutters couldn’t break it

A Texas man has been charged with kidnapping after allegedly holding a woman captive in a barred trailer with a padlock so strong rescuers had to use power tools to break through.
Abraham Bravo Segura, 42, was arrested Wednesday and charged with restraining the woman by “screening and holding her” in a place where she “was unlikely to be found,” the indictment said.
The 32-year-old victim, whose identity has not been released, called for help from a phone in the mobile home on West Greens Road in Houston while Segura was at work, KTRK reported.
She reportedly told Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies that Segura held her at gunpoint and threatened to kill her.
Segura is serving time in the Harris County Jail on $150,000 bail. He will be presented on Monday.

This is evident from an indictment obtained by ABC newsthere were burglar bars on the windows and a padlock that firefighters tried to open with bolt cutters, but couldn’t.
Firefighters eventually had to use power tools to cut the bars to enter the trailer and rescue the woman.
Three handguns were found in the trailer, court documents claim.
At Segura’s first trial on Thursday, a prosecutor laid the charges against him, arguing that he had kidnapped the woman and locked her in the caravan for four years.
“The defendant had kept the plaintiff in a trailer for about four years,” the prosecutor said.
The prosecutor added that all exits to the trailer had been blocked.
Segura tried to defend himself, saying the “story is one-sided.”

Segura is in the Harris County Jail on $150,000 bail. He will be arraigned on Monday
But the bailiff told the court, “We are not going to dispute the facts of the case today.”
Segura’s friend, Auseilsaul Contreras, told KTRK that his friend was innocent, Fox News reported that.
“I (saw) them together,” Contreras said. “They came to our house once when we had parties and stuff. They were good. I don’t know what they say.’
Segura, who the public defender described as a hairdresser and tattoo artist, has previously been convicted of marijuana possession in 2006.
