Terrifying moment where screaming woman is attacked by two out of control dogs in small park as she is dragged to the ground as owner yells ‘run’

A woman has been attacked by two dogs, while a gruesome video shows the animals grabbing onto her arm and pinning her to the ground.
According to local reports, the attack – in a lawn next to a block of flats – is said to have taken place in the East End of London in Stepney, Tower Hamlets.
The disturbing footage shows the woman screaming in pain as two dogs continue to jump up and bite her.
She then tries to run from the animals, but the dogs chase after her and trip her.
After the woman falls to the ground, she tries to get up and turn away from the animals, only to be wrestled back to the ground when one of the dogs bites her arm firmly.

At one point, the dog held the woman’s arm for more than 30 seconds as she desperately tried to pull herself free
A man dressed in a black tracksuit with his hood up holds another dog’s collar as he desperately tries to stop the animals from attacking the woman.
He can also be heard yelling “run” as he struggles to stop the dogs.
One of the dogs has the woman’s arm in its mouth for over 30 seconds and towards the end of the video, one of the other dogs jumps up and narrowly avoids biting her face.
The video looks like it was taken from a flat on the ground floor of the block.
The video sparked a barrage of people complaining that dog owners need to take more responsibility after the “terrifying” clip was posted on social media.
One person wrote, “That is really bad and the dog owner should be accountable to the law for this.
“I have no idea what the solution is to this ongoing problem with dangerous dogs, but it’s really not right at the moment.”
Another person said, ‘Those dogs should be illegal – end. Oh, and what happened to the muzzles of dangerous breeds?’
A third posted: “I am tired of people getting dogs and not bothering to train them at all.
