A homeless Oregon woman has been arrested and charged with pushing a three-year-old girl onto a train track in a shocking moment captured on video as the city’s homelessness crisis continues.
Brianna Lace Workman, 32, allegedly pushed the girl onto the MAX platform at the Gateway Transit Center in Portland on Thursday.
The girl, who was wearing a pink coat, was waiting in line with her mother when surveillance footage captured someone in a red hat, allegedly Workman, shoving her face-first into the metal railing.
