Teri Hatcher revealed why she was kicked off a dating app.
During her performance op Getting grilled with Curtis Stonethe 59-year-old actress opened up about the difficulties she’s faced trying to “meet people” in real life.
The Desperate Housewives actress – whose Super Bowl ring recently came under scrutiny – then revealed that she had tried several dating apps in hopes of finding a romantic partner.
Hatcher recalled, “I tried them all, and I tried my last one. I tried Hinge. You know, I thought, ‘I’m going to say to the universe that I’m open and vulnerable, and I’m going to put myself out there.'”
The performer subsequently stated that even though she felt the app would connect her with an available partner, she was abruptly removed from the platform.

“That’s what I thought my gesture would be to join the Hinge app. And then they kicked me out,” she said.
Although Hatcher stated that she contacted the app’s support team to let them know that she was not trying to trap anyone, she eventually lost interest in using Hinge.
She said: ‘I was complaining, I was like, “Can I get my money back (since) you kicked me out?” They apologized, and then I thought, ‘Eh, I’m kind of over it.'”
The Tomorrow Never Dies actress then revealed that she had changed her mind about connecting with potential partners the old-fashioned way.
“I’m definitely done with dating apps, and I feel like if there’s any way I can go somewhere and meet someone, that’s going to have to be it,” she said.
Hatcher concluded by saying that she didn’t necessarily need a romantic partner in her life.
‘Honestly, I’m happy. I have a very full life, a very busy life. I have beautiful friends… I don’t need a man. I have a cat,” she said.
The performer has been romantically linked to several individuals in the past, and she was married to her first husband, Marcus Leithold, from 1988 to 1989.
