Teresa Palmer has revealed she suffered a pregnancy loss three months ago after becoming pregnant with her fifth child.
The Australian actress, 38, shared a heartbreaking video on Instagram on Friday documenting the moment she found out she was expecting another baby.
In the clip, the mother of four showed off a positive pregnancy test to her family members, including husband Mark Webber, 43.
Other moments showed Teresa showing off her growing baby bump, as well as her children kissing her belly.
But as the video continued, Teresa broke down in tears at what appeared to be the moment she lost her baby.

‘TW: pregnancy loss. It feels really good to be able to share my story,” she wrote in her caption.
‘Honoured and grateful to have been able to carry this little soul, my fifth baby, in my heart and body for the past three months. Sometimes in life things happen that we just don’t understand.
“Outrages of gratitude for my people who have held me close during this time. To everyone who knows the pain of pregnancy loss, I send you immense love.

Teresa had not publicly announced her pregnancy and revealed that she will share “the full story” of her loss on an episode of The Mother Daze Podcast.
Teresa shares four children with husband Mark: Bodhi Rain, nine, Forest Sage, six, Poet Lake, four, and Prairie Moon, two.
She is also a devoted stepmother to Mark’s 15-year-old son Isaac Love, whom he shares with his ex, SMILF actress Frankie Shaw.

The couple married in 2013, while Teresa was still pregnant with their first child.
Mark, 43, also an actor, has appeared in the film Scott Pilgrim vs The World and co-starred in the animated Netflix spin-off Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.
Meanwhile, on the eve of their ninth wedding anniversary in 2022, Teresa said she did with the aim of adding more children to her brood.
The Hollywood star says she wants at least three more children and hopes to become pregnant with twins.
‘Twins run in the family. Next time I might get two for one,” she said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
Teresa said she told Mark on their first date that she wanted six children.
“He said he wanted six too,” she added. “So I’m holding him to that number.”
Teresa said the pressures of raising five children mean juggling the demands of a career.
“I don’t think I’ve slept well in eight years,” she joked.
