Teresa Palmer says she’s been breastfeeding non-stop for almost a decade: ‘My breasts double in size by the end of the day’
Teresa Palmer has revealed the sobering reality of raising four children under the age of six.
Speak against Marie Claire Australia this week the Australian actress, who shares children Bodhi, nine, Forest, six, Poet, four, and Prairie, two, with husband Mark Webber, revealed that she has been breastfeeding non-stop since becoming a mother in 2014.
“I’m on day 3367 or something, so my breasts can adjust quite a bit,” joked Teresa, who breastfed her older children during pregnancy and regularly nursed two kids at a time — a practice called “tandem feeding.”
“My breasts double in size by the end of the day,” she added.
The Clearing actress, who is also a stepmother to Mark’s son Isaac, has never been shy about describing the ups and downs of breastfeeding.

In August 2021, she wrote a candid Instagram post about the psychological and physical toll of taking care of four kids non-stop.
“Some days it’s a lot, I’m utterly exhausted and just want my body back, other days I sit in a place of deep gratitude as I cherish and honor this experience with my babies,” she wrote.
The Ride Like A Girl star also acknowledged that she was “privileged enough to have the choice to breastfeed” as some women struggle with the process, writing, “Women should be celebrated for how they feed their babies, free from judgement.
“I’m on day 3367 or something, so my breasts are pretty adaptable,” joked Teresa, who breastfed her older kids while pregnant and regularly nursed two kids at a time — a practice called “tandem feeding.”
“My breasts doubled in size by the end of the day,” Teresa admitted
“It is incredible to think that these debates and damaging conversations are STILL going on. Let’s hope we are moving towards change in this area,” she added.
It comes after Teresa admitted she hopes to add at least three more children to her brood.

Twins run in the family. Maybe I’ll get two for one next time,’ she said.
Teresa recalled telling Mark on their first date that she wanted six children.
“He said he wanted six too, so I’ll hold him to that number,” she joked.
