According to documents obtained by Page sixEarlier this week, Ruelas and Dietl, 73, were charged with illegally accessing “sensitive information in (the lawyers’) system.”

Although Reiser was not explicitly named, one of the accusers, Kevin Johnson, confirmed this The everyday beast that she was ‘the person in question’.

The lawyers accused the pair of seeking the information “with criminal, reckless, malicious and fraudulent intent, intended to defraud.”

The lawsuit alleges that Ruelas and Dietl “hacked computers to dig up dirt on Reiser.”

Last year, Reiser claimed that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s significant other hired a private investigator to “stalk” her, according to Page Six.

Ruelas’ ex — a licensed therapist in New Jersey who specializes in narcissistic abuse — believes one of her patients was hired to “spy” on her.

Reiser’s attorney Douglas Anton told the publication that during each session, the female patient would ask about the therapist’s past relationship with Ruelas — whom she dated from 2018 to 2020.

One of the suspicious questions was, “If (Ruelas) left his wife and showed some remorse…would you want to be with him?”

Earlier this week, a group of attorneys sued him and private investigator Bo Dietl for hacking computers to “harass and abuse” his former fiancée Vanessa Reiser.

Some of the other strange questions were “Do you still love Luis?” and “How was your abuser?”

The patient is said to have visited Reiser’s practice three to four times from February and used a false name.

“It was strange that she kept asking all this information if Luis would ever leave his wife and he was unhappy, if she would ever take him back,” the attorney said.

He also said that Reiser would do her best to “stay away from the subject and not talk about it so much.”

Despite the strange and personal nature of the questions, Reiser wasn’t immediately concerned, as her relationship with Ruelas — who has been married to Giudice since August 2022 — has been documented online.

In 2021, Reiser accused Ruelas of “punishing” her when his sexual demands weren’t met in a lawsuit filed after their breakup.

“He demanded that I be available for sex whenever he wanted,” she said in the lawsuits. ‘If I objected to his demands, Luis Ruelas would punish me. He would be mean, withdraw from me and blame me for what happened.”

Reiser initially hired Anton to file a collection request after one of the woman’s payments failed.

In October, Reiser (pictured) was denied a restraining order against Ruelas after accusing him of ‘stalking’ her

However, after the lawyer looked into the case, his team discovered that the woman was using a false name for the sessions.

The staff then tracked the woman and discovered a connection between her and private investigator Bo Dietl, whose name fans may recognize from the Bravo reality show when Ruelas called him one of his “best friends” and reportedly brought him “information” about the cast .

Dietl publicly denied that he was hired to investigate any of the housewives, and “refused to confirm or deny the allegations regarding Reiser,” according to Page Six.

Reiser’s attorney says she is concerned about the motive behind Ruelas’ alleged hiring of a private investigator and does not plan to file criminal charges against him.

“At this point (Reiser is) concerned that this was the case (Ruelas behind the woman’s visits) and that he has something up his sleeve or – and again, I’m going by the questions – he is unhappy in his current situation and wanted to see if Vanessa would ever pay him the time of day. Because that seemed to be the way the questions went.”

He also stated that his client is “extremely happy with her life” and “has a wonderful gentleman in her life,” adding, “She didn’t want this at all.”

Meanwhile, another source who spoke to the publication questioned Reiser’s motives and spoke about her history of filing restraining orders, including one against Ruelas and an ex-husband.

“This is a woman with a well-documented history of harassing and belittling those she previously dated,” the insider said.

“What she continues to do to Louie, she also did to her ex-husband, and it is well documented in existing court orders. This restraining order follows exactly the same pattern.”

Meanwhile, Ruelas’ attorney, Christopher A. Errante, denied the allegations made against him in Reiser’s restraining order and said he and his client “look forward to being vindicated.”

Meanwhile, Giudice’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., told Page Six, “Teresa’s primary concern in life is the safety and sanctity of her family.”

“She has a great relationship with Louie’s ex-wife, who is the mother of his children, just like Joe Giudice and Louie have a great relationship. That tells you everything you need to know.”

“Ex-wives and ex-husbands are important, ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends don’t matter anymore in high school.”
