Teresa Giudice reveals why she’s ‘lucky’ to still have husband Luis Ruelas after what the show ‘has put him through’ – as she teases explosive RHONJ finale: ‘I was p****d!’

Teresa Giudice has opened up about the state of her marriage to husband Luis ‘Louie’ Ruelas after rumors surfaced that their marriage was on the rocks and cast members accused her of spending her money recklessly.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who celebrates her second wedding anniversary next month, exclusively told DailyMail.com at the BELLA Insider’s Summer Festival on Monday that her marriage is better than ever.

When asked if filming with Louie, 49, had made their marriage stronger, she replied, “Oh, absolutely. Did you watch the show? Poor guy! I mean, what they did to him. All those lies.”

The RHONJ cast, who are part of the other so-called team, alleges that Louie hired private investigator Bo Dietl to dig up dirt he could use against them — something the father of two has since denied.

Teresa, 52, has always supported her husband, even if it meant becoming estranged from her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.

She told DailyMail.com that ‘it means the world to her’ that her husband has her back and is supportive. ‘He’s the best husband. He really is. And I’m lucky to have him because not many men would have had to deal with the shit he’s had to deal with.’

A recently released promo for Season 14 revealed that there are only three more episodes left to air before the highly anticipated finale on August 4.

As previously announced, the series finale will once again feature an explosive fight between Danielle Cabral and Jennifer Aydin, which will send shards of glass flying across the floor of a New Jersey steakhouse where they were filming.

The entire cast was present to film the final scene, including Teresa, Melissa, Danielle, Jennifer, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Rachel Fuda, Jackie Goldschneider and Jenn Fessler.

Without going into detail about what happened, the Housewives OG confessed, “I was pissed! I mean, you can probably understand why. Yeah, I was pissed.”

She further explained, “I feel like there’s a lot of evidence with us, you know, like they’ve got all these — Margaret’s been spreading lies. Rachel’s been spreading lies. My family’s been spreading lies. It’s all going to be resolved. You’re going to see everything.”

This season’s reunion has been canceled because the finale answered a lot of questions, executive producer Andy Cohen previously said.

“It’s one of those classic Jersey finals that people will be talking about for a long time,” he said earlier on Radio Andy’s Reality Checked. ‘When all the producers saw the final cut of the finale, we all made a decision individually and then we talked. We all had the same idea, which is that the finale is kind of a finale and a reunion in one.’

He added: ‘This final epic group meeting feels like the Last Supper and is so quintessentially Jersey. When you see it, I think you’ll feel complete. You really will.’

Instead of a pre-recorded reunion, there will be an alternate reunion, reportedly set for July 15. The cast will share their reactions and commentary on the finale after watching it for the first time.

“I’m fine with it. I mean, it’s not really a reunion. Whatever you want to call it — I don’t know what you want to call it,” Teresa told DailyMail.com. “Whatever Bravo wants. I’m fine with it.”

After a stressful season, Teresa will get some much-needed relaxation when she flies to Europe later this summer. The mother of four and her husband will celebrate their wedding anniversary on August 6.

“We’re going away for our two-year anniversary. We’re going to Mykonos. We’re going to Ibiza and Turkey,” she cheered.

Until then, the couple is doing the press rounds. Teresa, joined by Louie and girlfriend Jennifer Aydin, hosted BELLA Magazine’s party earlier this week to celebrate her cover of BELLA Insider’s Summer Issue.

“It was their summer edition, and if anyone knows me, I love summer. I absolutely love the sun and I love the warm weather,” she said. “So when they asked me [to do] “The summer edition, I was so excited.”

It’s been a few months since Teresa quashed rumors that she was divorcing Luis after going on vacation alone without her wedding ring.

Social media was abuzz with rumors of marital trouble between the two after she posted sexy bikini photos without a wedding ring in February.

Teresa addressed the divorce rumors in a March episode of her Namaste bitches podcast as she said, ‘I was like, “Are you serious?”… I know we’re inseparable.’

Teresa explained that she was on a girls trip in Miami, while Luis was on his own trip in California and that they were allowed to do their own thing.

She explained: ‘I think it’s good that people – you know, good stories, bad stories, whatever is there, it’s good.

“If they keep talking about you, that means they’re still interested in you. If you want to spread lies, go ahead. I don’t care.”

“Louis and I are not getting divorced,” she also said toward the end of the podcast.

The reality star did admit that her husband is still used to the public attention.

She said, ‘It’s not his world. I’ve been doing this for a long time now. And it takes a certain type of person not to let it affect you — you can’t let it affect you.

‘Ignore, ignore, ignore, it’s the best thing you can do. In one ear and out the other. That’s the only way you can survive in this reality world.’

The couple tied the knot in a lavish wedding in East Brunswick, New Jersey, in front of 150 guests, including Real Housewives stars Dorinda Medley, Ashley Darby, Margaret Josephs and Kenya Moore.

Teresa’s daughters with ex-husband Joe Giudice — Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana — were also in attendance at the wedding, as were Ruelas’ two sons from a previous marriage.
