Tennessee Police Chief FIRED for His Role in Maegan Hall Sex Scandal

>

The Tennessee police chief overseeing the Maegan Hall police investigation was fired Monday after an outside investigator determined he knew about her sex spree with multiple officers.

La Vergne Police Chief Burrel ‘Chip’ Davis covered up Hall’s sexual misconduct with six officers while simply telling him not to ‘dip your pen in company ink’, according to a recording obtained by DailyMail.com .

An outside investigator hired to investigate how much Davis knew about the passionate games concluded that he avoided an initial investigation and failed to discipline or prosecute the officers involved.

Davis was previously on paid administrative leave before being formally laid off. It’s not clear when Davis found out about the exciting games, but Hall said he created an environment that encouraged behavior.

“There are no words to describe the disappointment and frustration felt by myself and other city leaders,” Mayor Jason Cole wrote in a statement to DailyMail.com. “Officers are held to a higher standard, even more so by your boss.”

Hall was fired after a groundbreaking investigation revealed her sexual misconduct with several department officers.

The police department located 20 miles from Nashville has named Deputy Chief Brent Hatcher as interim police chief as the nationwide search begins to replace Davis.

Hall was interviewed three times after a whistleblower came forward in December reporting that she was having “intimate relationships” with male colleagues at booze parties, hotels and even on police property.

Throughout the investigation, Davis contributed to the findings, but was never mentioned as a participant in the scandal. While it is unknown when Davis was made aware of the sexual misconduct, the former police chief acted “shocked” when the formal investigation took place.

A recording obtained by DailyMail.com last week revealed the awkward exchanges between the married Hall, Davis and the head of human resources for the city of La Vergne when they played. on everything from ‘Uno strip’ games to foot fetish photos and wife swapping sessions.

Hall, 26, stammers, stutters, lies, and finally comes clean, over the course of three two-hour interviews.

“I got stupid, I got desperate, I guess, and guys are guys and they stick their dicks into anything,” Hall said.

Her confession left Davis struggling for words, before he dryly advises her: ‘What do they say? Don’t dip your pen into the company’s ink.

Hall, 26, can be heard on investigative tapes stumbling over her words after a whistleblower reported on her relationships.

Sergeant Ty McGowan was the source of the original complaint

In her first interview, Hall admitted that she had only slept with K-9 officer Larry Holladay, who was suspended without pay but kept his job because he was honest with investigators.

His second groundbreaking interview revealed more of his relationships and the third is when he officially came clean.

The shameless siren was fired this month along with other officers, Sgt. Lewis Powell, Detective Seneca Shields, Patrol Officer Juan Lugo and Sgt. Ty McGowan.

Hall admitted to giving head to several officers, including Powell, while the two were at the substation. She claimed that she and her husband were on the way to a divorce and broke down.

Three other officers involved, including Holladay, Patrick Maglicco and Gavin Schoeberl, have been suspended.

Hall had exchanged nude photos with several men, including Schoeberl, McGowan, Holladay, Lugo and Shields, a report revealed.

Officers Lewis Powell (left) and Detective Seneca Shields (right) were fired for having sex with Hall while on duty. Powell confessed to her allegations after initially denying that he was sexually involved with her, while Shields admitted to having oral sex with Hall in the department gym while on duty.

K-9 Officer Larry Holladay (left) and Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco (right) were suspended for having sex with Hall.

Hall further confessed to getting drunk at a ‘girls gone wild’ hot tub party where she sang karaoke and fell down a flight of stairs before having sex with Magliocco in the bathroom of a colleague’s boat.

Hall’s husband, Jedidiah, a deputy sheriff and son of a pastor, stayed with his wife and tried to work out their problems.

“My bathing suit was a bit loose and it fell off,” she added, sheepishly.

DailyMail.com revealed last month how Hall’s husband Jedidiah, a deputy sheriff and son of a pastor, remained faithful to his wife and tried to work out their problems.

Despite his wife’s infidelities, she and Jedidiah continue to live together in their Manchester home, 60 miles south of Nashville, their first marital property, which they bought a year ago.

The couple have been dating since college and tied the knot in November 2018.

“I don’t know how he’s doing it, he’s more of a man than me, but he’s trying to save his marriage,” Jedidiah’s boss, Coffee County Sheriff Chad Partin, told DailyMail.com last month.
