Tekashi 6ix9ine was spotted in a Miami parking lot on Saturday — the first time he had been seen since last month’s savage attack in a gym bathroom where he was severely beaten.
The Goomba hitmaker hid his “non-life-threatening” injuries under a balaclava and bundled up in a black Dolce & Gabbana bullet jacket.
He wore worn-out black skinny jeans and wore bright white crocs.
The controversial rapper stepping out in public comes on the heels of a newly released 911 call that revealed Tekashi 6ix9ine refused medical attention when he was beaten up in the bathroom of an LA Fitness in Lake Worth, Florida.
The March 21 attack left the Trollz rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, with injuries to his jaw, ribs and back, officials said.

A female staffer at LA Fitness in Lake Worth, Florida, spoke in a calm voice when she called 911, telling the dispatcher, “There’s blood everywhere.”
It was then heard that she asked Tekashi if he needed a paramedic. He replied in the background, “No, no, I’m fine.”
Last week, the alleged assailants — Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Anthony Maldonado, 25, and Octavious Medina, 23 — were arrested on charges of theft and assault.
In the call obtained by Page sixthe unidentified woman can be heard calling 911 just two minutes after the attack.
“Some, I think guys, just jumped on one of the members in the bathroom and there’s blood everywhere,” the woman says.
The dispatcher asks if a paramedic is needed, who then transfers the caller to Tekashi, who can be heard saying in the background, “Nah, no, I’m fine.”
When asked if guns are involved, she says no and tells the dispatcher that three men beat up the rapper and left but were in the parking lot.
The caller was unable to give a clear description of the attackers, but told the control room that they had security cameras.

The caller told the operator, “We also have security cameras, so we can look at them and see if we can see them, but I don’t know if you can really see what they look like.”

The alleged attackers were arrested on March 31, and Tekashi took to social media to call his attackers “nothing but cowardly.”

“I’ve been walking around without security for 2 years,” he captioned a video of the attack. “I’m not saying I’m promoting that, BUT now you see I’ve never really hidden from anything.”
Known for his rainbow-colored hair and “69” tattoo on his forehead, Tekashi 6ix9ine previously faced decades in prison as part of an extortion case in which he was accused of using a violent gang as a “personal hit squad.”
Instead, his sentence was reduced to about two years after his testimony against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, earning him the label “snitch.”
It was part of a large-scale crackdown on New York gangs that saw nine members of the same gang taken into custody.
He quickly abandoned his co-defendants, instead making a deal with the prosecution and agreeing to be their star witness.
In court, he took the stand to describe the inner workings of the gang and his own climb through it.
“We have participated in many crimes. Robberies, assaults, drugs,” he said.
As a result, Anthony Ellison – one of his co-defendants – was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Tekashi was sentenced to two years in prison in December 2019. By that time, he had already served 13 months.
He was released in early April 2020 and was allowed to serve the remainder of his term under house arrest.
He had begged corrections officers to be released because he feared contracting COVID while behind bars. Since then he has done little to keep a low profile.
He continues to brag about money and women on social media, where he has over 24 million followers, and is still making music.
