Tekashi 6ix9ine ‘locked away in a safe room by horrified LA Fitness staff’ after he was beaten

Tekashi 6ix9ine was carried to safety by horrified LA Fitness staff after he was beaten to a pulp in a crash attack in the men’s locker room.

The resourceful gym staff were able to prevent further damage by locking him in another room. TMZ reports.

Sources told the site that the attack would have come as a shock to the rapper and staff, as Tekashi was a regular at Florida LA Fitness, typically attending 20-minute sessions on the StairMaster machine, and had no problem with other gym goers.

While he has been recognized in the past, it is said that he has been happy to pose for photos with fans and has never had any problems with the other sponsors.

It comes after a shocking new video surfaced showing the minutes just before a group of men ambushed Tekashi on Tuesday.

Surveillance footage of the gym obtained by TMZ shows that the men may have had a plan to attack the rapper, as one is seen letting the other into the premises just before the beating.

Footage of the attack itself was posted online Tuesday night and shows the rapper being jumped on, who was seen bloodied and blue with serious injuries.

Footage of the attack itself shows Tekashi 6ix9ine being beaten ‘to the core’ last night and humiliated in front of other gym-goers at LA Fitness.

The group of men who beat him later bragged about the attack on social media.

In videos circulating online, he was called a ‘rat’ who would not be tolerated in his ‘neighborhood’.

As they kicked and punched him, one could be heard yelling at the other: ‘Take a picture, take a picture, now I’m going to be famous.’

On Wednesday, TMZ reported that the rapper was taken to the hospital with injuries to his face, back, ribs and jaw.

According to the medium, hHe is still receiving treatment at the hospital.

The exact motive for the attack remains unknown at this time.

It’s unclear what prompted the attack, but Tekashi has no shortage of enemies; in 2018, he was labeled a “snitch” after testifying for prosecutors against the likes of the Bloods gang and Cardi B.

The rapper reached a deal to reduce his own sentence after being charged with a series of crimes and spent just two years behind bars.

Tekashi had faced a minimum sentence of 47 years and a maximum of life in prison when he was arrested in 2018 on charges including racketeering, possession of firearms, armed robbery and attempted murder.

It was part of a widespread crackdown on gangs in New York, during which nine members of the same gang were arrested.

He quickly abandoned his co-defendants, cut a deal with the prosecution, and agreed to be their star witness.

In court, he took the stand to describe the inner workings of the gang and his own rise through it.

“We participated in many crimes. Robberies, muggings, drugs,’ she said.

As a result, Anthony Ellison, one of his co-defendants, was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Tekashi was sentenced to two years in prison in December 2019.

By then, he had already turned 13 months old.

He was released in early April 2020 and allowed to serve out the remainder of his term under house arrest.

He had pleaded with corrections officials to release him, saying he was afraid of contracting COVID behind bars.

Since then, he has done little to keep a low profile.

He continues to flaunt money and women on social media, where he has more than 24 million followers, and continues to make music.
