Teenager quits job after earning thousands selling photos of her FEET online

A teenager has quit her full-time job after making more money by selling photos of her feet online.

Jessie Tyron, 18, from Essex, sells the images for at least £3 each, spending just 30 minutes a day taking photos wearing shoes, socks and bare feet.

This earns her more than £1,000 a month, and the former cashier says she now brings in a lot more than when she went to work every day.

Jessie said:This is my current main source of income as it makes very good money. I earn much more than when I started working.’

The teenager explained that she decided to try out the money-making scheme after hearing her colleagues joke about the prospect.

She uses social media to find buyers who can request specific footwear.

Jessie said: ‘I always heard people joking about it so I decided to look into it, and after watching some videos on it I made a Snapchat and added people who seemed interested in purchasing feet content.

‘I usually get a message asking if I’m selling content, I ask what they want and then negotiate the type of photos they want to see.

‘Whether I wear shoes, socks or nothing, and then we discuss payment. Once they send payment, I’ll give them the photos.”

She explained that her standard price is £3 per photo, but this increases depending on how much effort goes into taking the photo.

Jessie said: ‘The standard price is £3 for one photo or £8 for a bundle of three – this varies depending on what the customer wants, depending on the amount of effort it takes me, such as putting on heels and socks – the price will then increase.

“I plan to do this as long as people buy it; it makes me extra money and requires minimal effort!

“Some of my buyers buy me pedicures and shoes; I’ve been pampered a lot more than usual.

‘It can be quite awkward talking to some people on my many social media platforms as people sometimes ask me to do upsetting and rude things, but I like to block them as I have very strict boundaries and only sell my feet.’
