A teenage OnlyFans model has built a massive real estate empire after her success on the X-rated platform.

Paris Ow-Yang, the 19-year-old daughter of Sydney neurosurgeon and spinal surgeon Dr. Michael Ow-Yang, is a TikTok creator turned OnlyFans known on social media as Ppwang.

She’s made a fortune from her adult content, building a real estate empire and making millions after being placed in the top 0.02 percent of all creators on the explicitly subscription-based site.

Speaking with Sydney Confidentialthe young content creator said buying many luxury properties in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs has been an “incredible journey”.

“It has been an incredible journey that has given me financial freedom and control over my career.”

“I have been able to build an empire on my own terms and I am extremely proud to have invested in numerous properties in the Eastern Suburbs,” she added.

Paris previously denied rumors that her neurosurgeon father runs her OnlyFans account, but it appears he does have a hand in her real estate empire.

A search on ABN lookup and similar sites shows that Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd has bought five homes in some of Sydney’s most lucrative locations, with Paris’ father listed as the majority shareholder.

This year, four more properties were acquired, adding $7 million to the portfolio.

Paris comes from a very wealthy family and attended the prestigious Frensham School, an all-female boarding school with an annual salary of $33,000 south of Sydney.

Her father is a highly qualified medical expert with extensive experience in neurosurgery. The average gross salary of a neurosurgeon in Sydney is $703,114.

Earlier this year, Paris appeared in court over the damage she caused when she crashed her Mercedes into a parked van while driving four times over the speed limit.

The teenager, who said she was struggling with her split from nightclub magnate Julian Tobias, became embroiled in a legal dispute over the $150,000 she owes to businessman Adam Troost, the owner of a red Mercedes van.

Ow-Yang disputes the $150,000 amount but has indicated she is “ready, willing and able” to pay $90,000 in damages, her attorney said.

“We requested an appraisal (of the damaged vehicle) and that amount was $90,000. My client is willing and able to pay that amount,” Michael Bowe said.

The influencer rammed her $50,000 black Mercedes sedan into Mr Troost’s van while it was parked in Point Piper in Sydney’s east at around 8.45pm on October 18.

Mr Troost’s lawyers previously sent Ow-Yang a draft demand letter asking for $150,000 to replace the van, but she reportedly has yet to pay.

The incident happened after Paris had been drinking for nine hours to drown out her “pain and grief” over a split from nightclub baron Julian, the Downing Centre court was told in November.

Paris, who joined OnlyFans at 18, started that day at Meat & Co around noon and later went for drinks at a Chinese restaurant and a friend’s house.

Later she blew 0.213 and the police found that the holder of the P2 driving licence did not have P plates on her car.

Paris, who began dating the now 45-year-old at 17, started drinking white wine at 3pm on October 18 after partying at her parents’ estate in the Southern Highlands and Bali.

When Paris appeared before Magistrate Rodney Brender, she was warned that her behaviour had ‘put you and other people on the road at risk’.

The Honourable Man told Paris that she faced a possible 18-month prison sentence and that ‘where moral culpability is increased by aggravating circumstances, generally anything less than a prison sentence is inappropriate.

“If it happens again… (yes), then prison.”
