Teenage girl sexually assaulted at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, Perth
A manhunt is underway after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted and chased in a busy shopping mall.
Police were called to Ocean Keys shopping centre in Clarkson in Perth’s north after a man believed to be in his 18s approached the girl while she was shopping on Tuesday.
The perpetrator, who did not know the girl, then indecently assaulted her.
The incident is said to have taken place on the main street of the shopping centre.
“The victim was able to get away from the offender and it is believed she was followed for a period of time before the offender fled through the shopping centre,” a Western Australia Police spokesperson said.

Detectives have launched an investigation.
The man was wearing bright red shoes at the time.
