Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans claims ex David Eason snuck onto her property to STEAL from her
Jenelle Evans has claimed that her estranged husband, David Eason, broke into her North Carolina estate on Sunday in an attempt to steal both motorcycles and ATVs.
The Teen Mom star, 32 — who recently answered her boyfriend August Keen’s 911 call following their alleged altercation — notably filed for divorce from David in March after the pair tied the knot in 2017.
That’s what she claimed TMZ that Eason, his girlfriend and three other men broke through the fence outside with bolt cutters.
Evans also claimed to the outlet that the group proceeded to break into her garage and place all of her motorcycles, ATVs and other belongings on a trailer — with a police car flashing lights in the distance.
Jenelle – who was not home at the time – obtained surveillance footage of the incident, according to TMZ.
Jenelle Evans, 32, has claimed that her estranged husband, David Eason, broke into her North Carolina estate on Sunday in an attempt to steal motorcycles and ATVs.
She alleged that by setting foot on the North Carolina property, David violated a court order.
Her ex was aware of the warrant and notified the local sheriff’s department, which sent a deputy to accompany him to pick up items.
However, Evans claimed that Eason had missed the deadline to retrieve his belongings months earlier.
After entering the property, her ex could be seen taking down one of the cameras pointing towards the driveway and garage entrance.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Jenelle was also able to communicate with the deputy through her ring camera while he stood on the porch of her home.
The TV personality currently resides in Las Vegas with her three children: Jace, 15, Kaiser, 10, and Ensley, seven.
After knocking on the front door, Jenelle spoke to the officer via camera — and he explained that he was just double checking to make sure no one was home.
When Evans asked why, the deputy explained, “There’s a gentleman picking up some of his belongings. And I’m just standing next to him.’

Evans also alleged to the outlet that the group broke into her garage and placed all her motorcycles, ATVs and other belongings on a trailer — with a police car flashing lights in the distance.
Somewhat confused by the situation, the reality star then wondered who exactly was on her property, and the officer told her it was a man named David.
“Yes, he shouldn’t be in the house,” she responded quickly. ‘There is a contact ban. He shouldn’t be there.’
The deputy told Evans, “As long as you’re not there, it’s OK. That’s why I made sure you weren’t there.’
However, Jenelle stated, “He’s not supposed to be there right now” due to a restraining order and “bed and board order.”
“He had one chance to pack his things,” Evans continued. “And that was months ago.”
The deputy then called his sergeant, who stated that David was only allowed to take work tools – which the department had photos of.
After the conversation, the officer told David to return the motorcycles and other belongings, and he complied.
The sheriff’s department also informed Eason that if he wanted to take the motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, he would need an attorney.
“Yes, he shouldn’t be in the house,” she responded quickly. ‘There is a contact ban. He shouldn’t be there.”
Following the incident, Jenelle plans to take legal action against David and the officer, according to TMZ.
Earlier this year, in March, it was revealed that Evans had filed for a legal divorce from Eason, per The sun.
She said the divorce was due to David’s “erratic behavior” and claimed he suffered from “drug abuse.”
Jenelle later took to her Instagram Stories to confirm her split from David.
It came shortly after Jenelle kicked David and his daughter Maryssa out of her home. The American sun reported in February.
The claims also came shortly after the TV personality was reunited with her son Jace, just days after Child Protective Services dropped the case against her and Eason.
The teen had been removed from the North Carolina home after David allegedly attacked him last year, in September 2023.
Post-split, Jenelle is now dating boyfriend August Keen, whose real name is Daniel Miranda.

However, earlier this month it was reported that Keen called 911 in late August about an alleged altercation.
In the call, per Ashley’s reality overview, he had claimed that Jenelle “hit him” all night after she “got super drunk.”
He told the operator: ‘My girlfriend got really drunk tonight and she’s been hitting me all night. I would like to be protected so that I can be sure that I pack my things. I just want to get out of the house safely.”
Evans could be heard in the background and Keen was told to leave, but he said ‘she keeps following me.’
He later claimed she had “12 drinks” that night and when asked if Jenelle did drugs, he replied that she “did drugs” but he didn’t.
“She takes pills…she smokes a lot of weed, and she drinks a lot.”
August left the house, but claimed Evans accompanied him outside. “I ran to the street corner and she chased me.”
Despite the alleged altercation, Keen chose not to press charges when police arrived on the scene. An official police report obtained by The Ashley also said he showed no signs of injury.
Officers were also reportedly not allowed to contact Jenelle because she was “sleeping upstairs.”
Keen was able to collect some of his belongings and a friend dropped him off at his own home.

However, after the alleged incident came to light, August took to his Instagram Stories and said that Jenelle didn’t hit him and that she “doesn’t do drugs.” Looks like some old stuff was picked up recently.”
‘No, I wasn’t hit. I have zero tolerance for violence and would not stay in DV situations. No, she doesn’t do drugs (everyone knows I don’t like weed unless it’s for medicinal purposes) and that’s what I meant.”
“We had a good time at a friend’s event, then at the end of the night we got in an Uber and had a disagreement on the way to her house.”
Keen added, “I wanted to be escorted out with some of my stuff. I don’t like alcohol, because it can escalate in heated moments.’
“I wanted us both to end the night safely. I thought a mediator at that point could help us put an end to it.”

‘It was my intention never to get any of us into trouble, on the contrary, I have a lot of respect for her and love her very much. And FYI, there were no children around at any time. I think if the police had seen something suspicious they would have done it [their] function.’
“As for the pills, Jenelle is prescribed anxiety medication and that’s what I was talking about. And I want to make it clear that there were no children in the area at the time of the disagreement and we were not at her home either.”
Later, Evans said in a statement of his own obtained by Celebuzz! “Me and August have been best friends for so many years.”
“We’ve had less than five fights in seven to eight years. Our bond is so much stronger than one bad night. That night is far behind us and we are only focused on future possibilities.”
