Shocking text message teen girl sent her mum while on the train: ‘As a mother, it makes me feel helpless’
A group of teenage girls have been accused of wreaking havoc and attacking commuters on an Adelaide railway line.
The group has been threatening and terrorizing commuters on the Seaford railway line, on the Eyre Peninsula, in recent weeks.
An Adelaide mother confronted the teenage girls after they allegedly attacked her 17-year-old daughter on Wednesday evening.
She was alerted to the incident after receiving SOS text messages from her daughter saying she was being robbed.
“They said, give me your bag, give me your phone, give me your glasses,” the mother said 9News.
‘He grabbed her by the hair, pulled her head back and started hitting her.

An SA Police spokesperson confirmed that police are investigating the alleged attack.
“On Wednesday, May 1, just after 6.15pm, a teenage girl was attacked on a Seaford Line train by a group of unknown girls who attempted to steal her bag and phone,” the spokesperson confirmed.
“The female victim suffered minor injuries.”
The spokesperson said police were reviewing CCTV footage and all three suspects had long brown hair and were aged between 12 and 15.
“One suspect was said to be of Aboriginal appearance,” they said.
‘One suspect was wearing jeans and a light gray colored sweater, while another wore light blue shorts and a white hoodie.
“The third suspect was wearing black leggings and a black hoodie.”

Ms Geschmay claims she was followed by the gang of three and hit in the back of the head by one of the girls.
“They followed me towards the car and kicked my bag, which had all my electronics in it,” she said.
“But once I got in the car, one of the girls started hitting me on the back of the head.
‘I can no longer use the train station alone, because anything could happen to me.
“You don’t think it’s younger people who would do things like that.”
A spokesperson confirmed that police were investigating an alleged assault at Seaford train station at around 7pm on Tuesday evening.
The police will investigate whether the two incidents are related.
