Teddy Swims and girlfriend Raiche Wright are expecting first child together: ‘We can’t wait!’
Teddy Swims and his girlfriend, Raiche Wright, excitedly announced that they are expecting their first child together in a joint post on Instagram on Wednesday.
The Lose Control singer, 32 – who has previously opened up about ‘abuse’ by his ex – could be seen cradling Wright’s baby bump as they lounged on the sandy shore of a tropical destination.
In the caption of the post, Raiche – who is also a music artist – wrote: “We can’t wait to meet you, honey.”
She wore a red and white patterned bikini top and matching bottoms to show off her burgeoning bump as she lay on the beach.
In a subsequent photo, the mom-to-be posed as she stepped into the cool water and turned to the side to give her fans another glimpse of her baby bump.
The final photo was taken as the couple – who first linked up last year – sat together on a lounge chair. Swims placed a loving kiss on her head as Wright smiled happily.

And a day earlier on Tuesday, Teddy hopped over to his own account to write a beautiful tribute to Raiche in honor of her 29th birthday.
Alongside a series of photos taken since the beginning of a romance, the singer wrote: “My sweet girl @mynameisraiche you are truly the divine feminine!”
“You are the most observant and caring person I have ever met,” Swims said. ‘You are so beautiful inside and out. So caring and yet so tough. You coddle me and challenge me.”
“I look forward to loving you forever and I am so grateful and lucky to call you mine.”
He concluded his message with: “I love you. happy birthday angel! 29 is going to bring you everything you want, need and much more! I’m so happy to be by your side and supporting you through all of this.”

The Door artist also shared adorable selfies of the couple, such as one when they struck funny poses in a vehicle.
Teddy and Raiche were first linked earlier last year, in February 2024, when they were spotted together at a pre-Grammy party – although it’s not known when the pair first crossed paths.

The singers were subsequently seen together on several outings and in May, Swims invited Wright on stage to sing with him at a concert in Dublin, Ireland.
Months later, in October, the two stars attended the second annual Rare Impact Fund event in Los Angeles.
Swims and Wright sat together during a brief photo session at the event hosted by Selena Gomez, and at one point the singer was pictured placing a kiss on his cheek.
In July 2024, Teddy confirmed his relationship with Raiche during an appearance on the series The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
He said of Raiche at the time: “She does what I do, and that’s great.”
‘Cause it might be three in the morning and I call her and she’s like, “Yeah, yeah, I’m in a session. I’m recording vocals.” And I’m like, ‘Girl, yeah, handle your business, baby.'”
In the episode, Teddy also opened up about the abuse he experienced during a previous relationship with a female ex.
He explained that his song, The Door, explores his experiences as a victim of abuse by a partner.

‘The text reads: ‘I saved my life when I showed you the door.’ I was in a relationship at the time that was really killing me.’
The star added: ‘I know many more men on this planet are abusive, but it could also be the other way around. I was abused for a while and that was hard.’
Swims ultimately split from his ex, but said he maintains a healthy friendship with her.
‘We now say ‘hi’ from a distance. No matter how much you love someone, sometimes it just doesn’t fit together.’
‘I stayed in it for far too long because I loved that person. I could believe someone would turn around, this was over a year ago,” the artist continued.
And during an interview on the Pucker Up show that same month, Raiche also gave a little insight into her relationship with Swims.
