Teddi Mellencamp and ex Edwin Arroyave ‘will not be spending Thanksgiving together’ amid affair scandal
Teddi Mellencamp won’t be celebrating Thanksgiving with her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave this year amid their divorce.
The reality TV personality, 43, and her now ex, 47, reportedly have no plans to celebrate the upcoming holiday with their three children. TMZ.
According to the outlet, Mellencamp will take daughters Slate, 12, Dove, three, and son Cruz, 10, to her father John Mellencamp’s home in Indiana for the holidays.
This comes after Mellencamp said she has “taken responsibility and apologized” amid the scandal surrounding her alleged affair with her horse trainer.
This will be the first holiday they won’t spend together in 13 years, as the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum announced her divorce from Arroyave earlier this month.
This year, Arroyave will instead spend the day with his family members, including his eldest daughter Isabella, from a previous relationship.

This update comes after Mellencamp filed new court documents amid their divorce.
She updated her position on custody matters after initially filing for sole physical and legal custody of their three children and only granting Arroyave visitation rights.
Now, Mellencamp is asking for joint physical and legal custody, joining Arroyave’s request for shared custody.
This comes after Mellencamp filed for divorce from Arroyave, citing irreconcilable differences on November 1 and listing October 20 as the date of separation.
And the day before, Mellencamp shared a defiant message amid the scandal surrounding her alleged affair.
She claimed she had found peace with her past misdeeds when she opened up about her personal journey on Instagram.
“The only person who can change your life is you,” she wrote alongside a video of her working out.
“We have two options: pretend to be victims, or stand up and fight for ourselves. We all deserve peace and happiness,” she continued.

‘I cried and mourned. I have taken responsibility and apologized for the things I did wrong. Now I have given myself permission to grow and blossom.”
She then concluded, “There are three sides to every story. How can I stand up and stand up for the people who matter? This is called being an adult. This is what saying it with all your heart means.”
Last week, Mellencamp addressed headlines about her alleged infidelity with her married horse trainer Simon Schroeder on her podcast Two Ts in a Pod with Tamra Judge.
“What I can say, and I try very hard… there are multiple sides to every story,” she said.
“I’m sure everyone has seen it all on the World Wide Web,” she added.
Mellencamp was measured in her words when speaking about the sensitive topic.
“I’m not going to confirm or deny anything,” the accountability coach said, cryptically adding that “there are a lot of people involved” in her current situation.
“I’ll say again the same statement I said before: the children, they are the priority; for now that’s all I’m going to discuss about this,” Teddi said. “There’s little kids involved, family members involved, you don’t want to throw other people under the bus.

“When it comes to children and the lives of other people who haven’t signed up for this or signed up for this, I’m going to have to be patient.”
The blonde beauty said that while she isn’t “ready to process or talk about or involve the kids in certain issues surrounding the breakup,” she is “still here,” “showing up to work” and “doing her best ‘. [she] can.’
Mellencamp and Schröeder allegedly cheated for months during their respective marriages, and during a period of time his wife Karli Postel was expecting – and giving birth to – their second child, a source told DailyMail.com.
Mellencamp’s timing in filing the divorce at the beginning of the month was a tactical move to get ahead of the split and keep the story under control, the source said.
