Sensual new snaps of Emma Corrin and Jack O’Connell have raised fans’ expectations to see the pair star in the Netflix period Lady Chatterley movie.
Set in the 1920s, actress Emma Corrin, 26, plays Lady Chatterley opposite her flame Oliver Mellors, played by Jack O’Connell, 32.
And in a new teaser art for the film, Emma and on-screen lover Jack pose intimately naked, giving a nod to the sexual nature of the soon-to-be-released film.

In two of the three photos, Emma, as Chatterley, looks at the camera with affection in her eyes and flushed cheeks, not seeing an ounce of makeup as she moves closer to her lover Oliver.
The pair are as close as they can get – and in the third photo, Jack, as Oliver, can be seen in a strong embrace with his lover, with his eyes closed while holding her close.
The book and film, which open in select UK cinemas on November 25 and on Netflix from December 2, tell a radical love story and portrait of a woman learning to take control of her own body and her own desire.
Their idealistic union gradually turns to incarceration when Clifford returns from World War I with injuries that prevent him from walking.

But as their affair becomes the subject of local gossip, Connie faces a life-changing decision: follow her heart or return to her husband and endure what Edwardian society expects of her.
With the text notoriously banned at the time of its original publication in 1928, Lady Chatterley is seen as fighting the constraints of class and status to find her own freedom.
The film is directed by Laure de Clermont-Tonnerre, 39, with Joely Richardson, 57, playing the character of Mrs. Bolton in the feature film. The actress played Lady Chatterley in the BBC series of the same name in 1993.
Matthew Duckett also stars as Sir Clifford Chatterley in the film, which hits theaters on Friday, November 25 and hits Netflix on Friday, December 2.
The logline for the film reads: ‘As she marries Sir Clifford Chatterley, Connie’s life of wealth and privilege seems set as she takes on the title Lady Chatterley.

The last film adaptation of Lady Chatterley’s Lover was in 2015 and featured Borgias star Holliday Grainger in the title role, Game of Thrones’ Richard Madden as her gamekeeper’s lover and Happy Valley’s James Norton as her husband.
However, after its release, some viewers complained that there wasn’t enough nudity, despite shirtless scenes from Madden, and some took to Twitter to call it “tame.”
He is mortified to discover that his wife has fallen in love with gamekeeper Oliver Mellors and is carrying his child.

In the 2015 adaptation, Lord Chatterley grants his wife a divorce so she can marry Mellors. But in the novel he refuses and Constance goes to live with her sister.
Other adaptations include the 1993 BBC series starring Sean Bean and Joely Richardson and was much more steamy.
Lady Chatterley’s Lover was also brought to the big screen in 1981, starring Sylvia Kristel and Nicholas Clay.

Lawrence’s book was first published in Italy in 1928 and then banned in Britain, before becoming the first novel to be tested under the Obscene Publications Act of 1959 for frequent use of the word ‘f***’ and its derivatives.
A complete unexpurgated edition was finally released in 1960 after a six-day trial at the Old Bailey in which Penguin publishers were sued for obscenity.
