The Hammers triumphed over Fiorentina – ending their 43-year wait for a major trophy – after a late attack from Jarrod Bowen gave them a 2-1 win in Prague.
Chaotic scenes followed as West Ham players and staff partied the night away in Prague, and wild scenes hit social media soon after.
And after their historic victory, not only the players and staff were overjoyed with the result, with one young supporter unable to hold back tears as he watched the match.
During an interview with the BBC, the fan said, “I feel absolutely amazing. This is the best night of my life, I just can’t believe I’m here!
