Dramatic classroom brawl where a TEACHER grabs the student by the shirt before all hell breaks loose after a ‘paper fight’

A brawl broke out between a teacher and his students, leading to an investigation by the police and the Ministry of Education.

Officers were called to Maitland Grossmann High School, northwest of Newcastle, at about 2pm Tuesday and the entire incident was videotaped.

Footage of the disturbing fight was recorded by several students and shows tensions flared after crumpled paper balls were flung around the classroom.

You can see the teacher toss the paper balls to a student at close range before saying “come on mate” and grabbing his collar.

He then pulls the student across his desk and gets an immediate response from other students who stand up and try to intervene.

A boy pushes the teacher off and shouts ‘would you fucking touch him again?’.

The teacher can then be heard telling his students to put their phones away before they start yelling at him.

The situation becomes even more heated when a desk is thrown at the teacher as the school bell rings and several frightened students run to the door.

Students involved in the conflict continue to yell at the teacher as they leave.

“F*** off,” you hear the teacher say.

“You’re sorry you touch children,” a student replies.

The student who was grabbed earlier can then be seen slapping the teacher’s hand away, further inflaming tensions.

The teacher then pushes the teen down an aisle of chairs and onto a whiteboard in the front of the classroom.

Footage appears to show the teacher twisting his arm back and slapping the student as he lies on the floor.

“Are you fucking stupid?” shouts a madman.

Standing in the doorway, the teacher then asks ‘who wants to give it a try?’.
