Taylor Swift’s new flame Matty Healy seen in the audience at singer’s Nashville show

Matty Healy, Taylor Swift’s new boyfriend, confirmed their budding romance when he was spotted Friday night at her Eras Tour stop in Nashville, Tennessee.

In a photo shared on social media, the 34-year-old musician – who is the lead singer of alternative rock band The 1975 – was caught watching the concert in a fenced area.

It comes just a week after Swift, 33, was rumored to have romanced Healy, less than a month after her split from Joe Alwyn, 32, was revealed.

It was reported on Thursday that Healy and Swift planned to take their relationship public this weekend by bringing him on stage to perform with her.

According to The sunHealy will perform two of Taylor’s songs, following in her footsteps when she sang two songs from 1975 at their London gig in February.

A source told the publication, “Taylor and Matty have been planning their ‘coming out’ for a few weeks now and are very excited to make their love public.”

“Neither of them wants secrets, or hiding. The plan is for Matty to walk on stage halfway through the show and play two songs.

“They’ll be chatting to the public and currently they’re supposed to confirm their romance with some kind of PDA — public display of affection. It won’t be anything cheesy though.’

It comes as the British hunk reportedly split from model Meredith Mickelson just weeks before he started dating the Mean hitmaker.

The singer is said to have romanced the 23-year-old model, who has built up a large following on social media, before they split in February.

A source told The Sun: “Matty saw Meredith when he was in LA in February, but things fizzled out when he went to New York at the end of the month,” an insider says.

“They’re still on good terms, but haven’t been romantically involved since.”

Meredith has more than 3 million followers on Instagram and is said to live mainly between Los Angeles and Paris.

It comes after Matty and Taylor’s reported new romance was revealed on Wednesday — just weeks after she split from actor Joe Alwyn.

The singer is said to be ‘madly in love’ with Matty after their long friendship blossomed into a romance.

The news of the new romance comes just weeks after it was revealed that Taylor had split from her boyfriend of six years Joe, 32, after the couple ‘struggled’ with their ‘career differences’.

But despite the short turnaround, Taylor is said to be ‘madly in love’ with Matt – the son of Loose Women star Denise Welch and Benidorm actor Tim Healy.

The rumored romance with Matt is the latest in a string of British boyfriends for Taylor, who – as well as her last relationship with Joe – has dated Harry Styles, Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston.

An insider told the publication, “She and Matty are madly in love.”

“It’s super early, but it feels good. They first dated, very briefly, almost ten years ago, but the timing just didn’t work.’

The source further stressed that there was no crossover in Taylor’s love life, despite the news that she had split last month, and insisted that the couple actually split in February.

Taylor is currently in the middle of the US leg of her The Eras Tour, while The 1975 is on their At Their Very Best concert tour, but the source insisted they kept in constant contact through texting and Face Timing.

The source added: ‘As two international megastars, they understand the pressures of each other’s jobs better than anyone and are incredibly supportive of their respective careers.

They are both extremely proud and excited about this relationship and, unlike Taylor’s last – which was purposely kept very much out of the limelight – she wants to ‘own’ this romance, not hide it.
