Taylor Swift’s inner circle has reportedly unfollowed her now-ex Joe Alwyn for the past week.
Seemingly siding with the 33-year-old singer, her close friends — including her brother, Gigi Hadid, and the Haim sisters — have all clicked unfollow on Instagram amid their shock breakup.
Many Swifties — her eagle-eyed loyal fans — claim that some of the songwriter’s besties reportedly cut ties on Instagram shortly after being spotted hanging out with the star and perhaps learning what really happened.
The bold moves on social media seem to suggest there’s more to the story than the public knows.
Just after catching up over dinner with, say, old friends Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds, the Deadpool actor reportedly unfollowed Alwyn immediately.

The obvious disapproval was a shocking move, as Reynolds had previously laughed about the British actor and their six-year friendship in a TIME100 Next article published September 2022. (His wife is not currently following Alwyn.)
The multi-Grammy winner’s younger brother, Austin Swift, has unfollowed Alwyn. The star of Conversations with Friends still follows him.
A few others who quickly clicked unfollow were some friends of Swift’s after hanging out in New York City on Thursday.
Shortly after spending time with the Midnights singer, supermodel Gigi Hadid and the three Haim sisters all reportedly unfollowed The Favorite star.
It’s hard to confirm if they ever followed Alwyn, but Swift’s observant and observant fans shared screenshots of the Victoria’s Secret Angel’s list of followers less than 24 hours later.
Reports also indicate that the three sisters who are part of the rock band HAIM – Alana, Danielle and Este – all reportedly followed suit.

Gracie Abrams, the opening act on Swift’s The Eras Tour, is currently still following Alwyn, but he’s not following her.
Multi-hyphenate musician Jack Antonoff, who has collaborated with Swift on a number of hits, still follows Alwyn and has a follow-back.
Similarly, Aaron Dessner – who co-produced Swift’s last three albums – is still following his co-worker and friend’s ex.
Some of Swift’s other high-profile friends, like Selena Gomez, would never have followed Alwyn in the first place.
Earlier this month, news leaked that Swift and Alwyn had called it quits after six years of dating.
The Red singer has been busy with her sixth headlining world tour and her then-boyfriend hadn’t been seen at one of her concerts in weeks.

This was announced by an insider at the beginning of April Page six that they had broken up weeks earlier.
A few days later, a source exclusively told DailyMail.com that the reason for their split was due to the superstar’s career overshadowing her beaus.
“This drove them apart and eventually they both realized they weren’t on the same wavelength anymore,” said the anonymous source.
“It’s been hard for Joe to make it in Hollywood and not really become leading material while dating one of the most famous women in the world for the past six years,” the insider continued.
