Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce gushes over ‘superstar’ Princess Charlotte’s ‘fire’ and praises Kate Middleton and Prince William’s parenting

Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce has overcome Princess Charlotte’s ‘fire’ after meeting the eight-year-old royal with her brother and father at Wembley Stadium last weekend.

The Kansas City Chiefs player, who posed backstage at the Eras Tour with world stars Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, said in a podcast that the young princess was full of questions. He praised the Prince and Princess of Wales for their parenting skills.

Speaking to his brother Jason on the latest episode of their podcast New Heights, he shared what it was like meeting the royals. He joked that Prince William was ‘the coolest motherf*****’.

Unveiling the 10- and 8-year-old siblings was an “absolute joy,” Travis said. Charlotte in particular was ‘a superstar’.

He continued, “She had fire to her. She asked questions… I love it when parents ask their children to be present, to make their voices heard… Encourage them to take the lead in the conversation.”

Meanwhile, dad-of-three Jason Jason admitted that meeting Princess Charlotte was the ‘highlight’ of the evening for him.

“Prince George was amazing too. She was so f****** cute. I can’t,” Jason said.

Elsewhere, Travis said he wasn’t sure how to greet the royals. He wondered whether he should bow to them or shake their hands.

In the latest episode of their New Heights podcast, the brothers talked extensively about the meeting and were very pleased with the prince’s humility.

“We met royalty, guys,” Travis said. “There was royalty on the show. I got there early and met Prince William. What’s up with that? Your Royal Highness.

“Dude, he was the coolest motherfucker,” he added. “He was so cool.”

“He was great,” Jason echoed his brother’s sentiments. “He was a good guy.”

Jason and Travis also laughed about not knowing proper etiquette when they met the royals.

Travis then joked about the difference in formality between Britain and the United States.

“He was there with little George and Charlotte, and it was a real pleasure to meet them,” Travis said.

“I wasn’t sure if I should bow to them – a bow [or] just be an American idiot and shake their hands. [Or say:] “How are you doing dude?”

“We wanted to be civil, especially on this side of the pond,” he continued.

‘We did receive a warning, because to be honest we don’t know the real situation [etiquette]Jason said in response.

“Since we weren’t at an elegant, official royal event, we didn’t have to bow,” the former Philadelphia Eagles center shared. “If it was an official meeting of the royal family, that’s what it would have been.”

Plus, they joked about how Jason, a former Super Bowl champion, felt emasculated after meeting the Prince.

Travis then laughed at how his older brother – and fellow Garage Beer investor – put away his alcoholic beverage for the important meeting.

“I still addressed him as Your Royal Highness, and I never felt emasculated, and I did,” Jason said, laughing. “That was the closest I’ve ever been.”

“I’ve never seen you give so much respect to anyone,” Travis joked. “You put your beer ten feet away from you.”

“I didn’t have it in my teeth when I met him,” Jason continued. “They were great people, and that’s what matters. They are part of a monarchy [it’s] hard to be a sober person, I guess. But [they] came across completely that way.’
