Taylor Swift has completed the first leg of her crazy flight from Tokyo to reach Super Bowl LVIII after landing in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
The pop superstar flew about nine hours and 9,000 miles in an attempt to see her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his Kansas City Chiefs play in the Super Bowl on Sunday night.
Swift stepped off the stage at the Tokyo Dome on Saturday night and was rushed to her private jet at Haneda Airport, according to The Associated Press.
The 14-time Grammy Award winner’s plane, which was listed as “VistaJet (The Football Era)” — in an apparent nod to Swift’s newfound love for the sport — on popular flight tracking website FlightRadar landed in Los Angeles at 3:35 p.m. local time Angeles .
The singer is expected to remain at her Los Angeles home before heading to Sin City on Sunday morning.

Swift’s own private jet is believed to be on standby at Burbank Airport to rush her to Las Vegas for the big game.
She now has just over 24 hours to complete the final, much shorter leg of her journey: 300 miles to Vegas, Nevada.
The time difference between Asia and the west coast of North America meant that although she performed in Tokyo on Saturday evening, she landed in LA earlier.
All eyes were on Swift to see if she would make the mad dash across the world to see her man, with more Eras Tour shows starting Friday in Melbourne, Australia.
Fans will desperately try to follow the plane around the world as she heads to her 13th Chiefs game of the season – coincidentally her lucky number.
On stage in Tokyo earlier in the evening, Swift had told the audience “we’re all going on an amazing adventure.” While she was presumably referring to the show, it also applies to her coming days as she travels the world and back again, all in Kelce’s name.
With a final bow at the end of her sold-out show, wearing a blue sequined miniskirt, the audience screaming, flashing lights pulsing, confetti falling, Swift disappeared beneath the stage – and her journey to the other side of the world began. .
Meanwhile, her boyfriend Kelce had a more subdued Saturday compared to his superstar girlfriend after the Chiefs completed their last full practice before the big game on Friday.

It’s been a long week of build-up for both teams and Patrick Mahomes, Kelce and co will now hope they’ve done everything they can to lift the Lombardi Trophy this weekend as they complete their final training session before the big day .
The reigning Super Bowl champions reportedly worked on red-zone, short-yardage and goal-line plays in a 66-minute session Friday.
And on Saturday, they would have a tryout match, then take a team photo and return to the hotel, 30 minutes from Allegiant Stadium.
Swift’s anticipated trip to watch Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in Las Vegas, US time, has captured imaginations and sparked speculation for weeks.
‘I hope she can come back in time. It’s so romantic,” office worker Hitomi Takahashi, 29, told the AP before the Tokyo Show on Saturday.
During the concert, there was ample evidence of the unique cultural phenomenon that is the Swift-Kelce relationship, a connection between professional football and Swift’s enormous star power.
In addition to people wearing sequined dresses to celebrate Swift in the packed Tokyo Dome, there were Travis Kelce jerseys and hats and other gear honoring the Chiefs.
Some in Tokyo spent thousands of dollars to attend the pop superstar’s concerts this week — though perhaps not as much as it costs to go to the Super Bowl in Vegas tomorrow night.

During one crazy week, even Japanese diplomats have sprung into action, commenting on Swift’s mad dash around the world.
The Japanese Embassy in Washington posted on social media that it could make it to the Super Bowl on time, including in their statement three Swift song titles – “Speak Now,” “Fearless” and “Red.”
“If she leaves Tokyo in the evening after her concert, she should arrive comfortably in Las Vegas before the Super Bowl starts,” it said.
Takahashi, the Tokyo Dome fan, was aware of the criticism Swift received over her private jets, but said the singer was unfairly singled out.
“A lot of other people fly for business, and she’s here for work. She faces bashing because she is famous and stands out,” Takahashi told the AP.

Swift has already traveled around the world this week.
Before coming to Asia, she attended the Grammys in Los Angeles, where she won her 14th Grammy and a record-breaking fourth Album of the Year award for “Midnights.” The show was watched by almost 17 million people. She also made a surprise announcement that her next album will be ready in April.
Then the four concerts in Tokyo, and now apparently a rushed trip to try to get to Las Vegas to see Kelce, the tight end for the Chiefs, play in the Super Bowl. She has followed Kelce for much of the Chiefs’ season.
“This week really is the best kind of chaos,” Swift posted on Wednesday on Instagram.
