Taylor Swift thanks adoring Tokyo fans for ‘wonderful’ Eras Tour shows… after arriving in LA ahead of reunion with Travis Kelce at the Super Bowl in Vegas

Taylor Swift just wrapped up her four shows at the Tokyo Dome in Bunkyo, Tokyo, Japan.

With a maximum total capacity of 57,000 screaming fans per evening, the pop superstar impressed the crowds of adoring Swiftie fans, some of whom made long journeys to see the wildly popular singer-songwriter.

The 34-year-old from Pennsylvania – who touched down in Los Angeles on Sunday ahead of her Super Bowl performance – had only just won her 13th Grammy Award on Sunday when she and her team made the long trip to Japan for the series of shows.

After reconnecting with her fans as she rocked the house during the four high-octane performances, the ever-gracious Swift took to her social media platforms to offer her first thank you post of 2024.

‘Tokyo!!! Those four shows at Tokyo Dome were so amazing,” she shared in the caption, alongside a series of photos from her mini-residency.

Swift continued, “I had missed you all so much and loved getting back on stage and frolicking around with my fellow artists and band.”

With the sound of gratitude in her words, the Shake It Off star concluded with, “thank you to everyone who lives in and around Tokyo, and everyone who traveled far and wide to be there with us.”

During her latest performance in Tokyo, the Midnights singer entertained fans with a surprise performance of You’re On Your Own Kid, a song important to her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, according to reports Gossip Herald.

In an effort to give fans their money’s worth, Swift and her band played parts or all of 45 songs every night, which is staggering considering most artists make 15 to 20.

She divided the shows into segments featuring songs from her different eras of music, including Lover, Fearless, Evermore, Reputation, Speak Now, Red, Folklore, 1989 and Midnights.

The song’s lyrics, which emphasize friendship and seizing the moment, seemed to resonate with her adoring fans while symbolizing the Lover singer’s romance with NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce, 34.

The heartfelt tribute came as Swift boarded her private jet to make the long journey back to the US in time to support Kelce at Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas.
