Taylor Swift still being tracked by college junior Jack Sweeney as she makes her way to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl… despite the singer threatening to sue him for ‘stalking and harassing behavior’

College student Jack Sweeney continues to track Taylor Swift’s whereabouts as she heads to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl – despite her lawyers being threatened with a lawsuit.

Sweeney, a 21-year-old junior at the University of Central Florida, has run a number of accounts that track the flight paths of planes and helicopters owned by celebrities, billionaires, politicians and other high-profile figures.

One such celebrity is Swift, who has been criticized for her use of private jets due to the planet-warming carbon dioxide emissions released on each flight.

In addition to monitoring her movements, Sweeney’s report also documents the amount of CO2 Swift’s private jet produces, which has led to the pop star’s lawyers threatening a lawsuit for “stalking and harassing behavior.”

Swift’s lawyers have threatened Sweeney, a 21-year-old junior at the University of Central Florida, with legal action for “stalking and harassing behavior.”

But Sweeney still follows the pop star on her 9,000-mile journey from Tokyo to Vegas

But despite the threat of legal action, Sweeney is still following Swift’s every move as the 14-time Grammy winner makes a 5,500-mile journey from her latest Eras Tour stop in Tokyo all the way to Las Vegas — where she’ll visit boyfriend Travis Kelce to look. and the Kansas City Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl.

The student shared photos of her private jet landing in Los Angeles, where she arrived on Sunday evening for her final trip to Vegas, along with the flight number and even alleged messages exchanged by the cabin crew during the flight.

He also claimed that all documented emissions for Taylor’s trip to Vegas should be doubled since VistaJet, the airline that flew her to the Super Bowl, also flew a backup plane with her.

Using publicly available data, Sweeney’s accounts also share their planet-warning emissions estimates – with the college junior confronting Elon Musk for the first time in 2022 for sharing his plane’s data.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Sweeney said: ‘I think it’s important to note that I don’t mean any harm. I actually think Swift has some good songs.

‘I believe in transparency and public information.’

Swift’s lawyers in Washington recently said their client would have “no choice but to pursue all legal remedies” if he did not stop his “stalking and harassing behavior,” according to the Washington Post.

Jack Sweeney’s response to Taylor

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Sweeney said: ‘I think it’s important to note that I don’t mean any harm. I actually think Swift has some good songs. I believe in transparency and public information, apparently more than Meta.

‘Also important to note that this letter came days after headlines about her jet use caused her bad headlines about carbon emissions.

‘A year earlier, her team told the media that her plane is rarely used by her because it is on loan.

‘Her team’s statements directly contradict each other. Just like her team’s reaction to there being one jet.

‘That only applies to the past two weeks. Her family has owned N898TS and N621MM for years, but only recently changed. Saying there is only one plane is an attempt to make the families’ use of the jets seem less bad. ‘That may be true now, but this has only recently changed. This event is eerily similar to December 2022, when Musk tweeted that he would take legal action against me after claiming someone had come after him.

‘All this has been refuted by OSINT. The Swift team also suggests that I have no legitimate interest in sharing the aircraft information.

“What is inherently wrong, her fans are the ones who grew the TaylorSwiftJets accounts and subreddit. The tracking accounts routinely have more supporters and fans than usual.

“If the Japanese Embassy in the US makes a statement saying they are confident Swift can make the flight from Tokyo to the Super Bowl.

“I think people are interested and you have to have a good expectation that your plane will be tracked whether I do it or not, because after all it is public information.”

It added that the stories told by Sweeney had caused Swift and her family “direct and irreparable harm, as well as emotional and physical distress,” and had increased her “ongoing state of fear for her personal safety.”

The letter, which was sent to Sweeney’s family home, stated that there was no “legitimate interest in or public need for this information other than for the purpose of stalking, harassing and exercising dominion and control.”

The strongly worded smear, written by Katie Wright Morrone of law firm Venable, accused Sweeney of treating it like a “game”.

“While this may be a game for you, or a path that you hope will bring you wealth or fame, for our client it is a matter of life and death,” Morrone added.

Swift was seen making a quick escape from LAX on Saturday night after completing the first phase of her mad dash to reunite with Kelce in the Super Bowl.

The singer landed in LA after an eight-hour flight from Tokyo, arriving at the airport to a media and fan frenzy and a high police presence.

She tried to keep a low profile as she stepped off the private jet with the call sign ‘The Football Era’ that was followed by more than 32,000 people and immediately left the airport to head to her LA home – one of her many properties.

A fleet of SUVs was parked next to the hangar of the airport’s private terminal to whisk the 34-year-old away and in new footage she was seen rushing towards the waiting vehicles, shielded by an umbrella.

The singer hid from the circus of fans and media who had gathered at the airport for her arrival before getting into the vehicle.
