Stephen A. Smith has revealed he spent a whopping $20,000 on tickets to a Taylor Swift concert – and it was worth every penny.

The First Take analyst, known for his passionate rants about sports, opened up about his surprise outing during Thursday episode of the ESPN show.

When questioned about the news that Swift is now dating Travis Kelce, Smith started by saying the Kansas City Chiefs star could do “a lot worse.”

Then he added, “I have something to tell you now. I’m dead serious about this, that concert was off the chain.’

Moderator Molly Qerim then asked in disbelief, “Did you go to the (Taylor Swift) concert?”

Smith went on to say that the concert was once worth a dime, describing it as the best he has ever seen

Smith continued, “I went to the concert because my daughters were driving me crazy.”

Retired NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky then interrupted to point out that he had described it on his podcast as the best concert he has ever been to.

Smith confirmed it by insisting, “Someday.”

“Now I’ve never been to a Beyoncé concert,” he continued. “Because Jay Z is my husband, so when I go to concerts, I go to see him, Kanye, and all that stuff.

‘But I’ve never been to a Beyoncé concert. Now Beyoncé is the queen. No one, I mean no one, comes before Beyonce.

“But I had to go see it (Taylor Swift concert) for myself because my daughters made fun of me, man. They made me promise to treat them to the concert and they had 10 friends with them!

“It was $2,000 a ticket. I spent $20,000 on Taylor Swift tickets. I had to see it for myself.

‘I spent $20,000 and I said I had to see it for myself, and I went to that concert and said ‘damn’… it was off the chain!’
